This video was recorded in Groningen, The Netherlands. Eek was here during his European tour in 2007. The exact place of the video was in the neighbourhood Beijum in the city of Groningen. I watched the video...at least the crude version of it....backstage in Enschede, the Netherlands where Eek performed that evening. So....just to answer all of your questions...yes...this video was recorded in the Netherlands in summer 2007....
