i understand alot about the story, and i know it was written a very long time ago, the little understanding you have is the similiarity between those 3 movies and avatar all being written at about the same time.

before saying what i understand and what i don't, u should first ask... i do know what i'm talking about, but i see beyond the story... there are issues such as the fights against the unarmed american indians so many years ago, the never ending greed of human kind, the endangered enviorment we are living in and so on that u seam to treat with little importance and humour they do not deserve

Saw it in 3D. Was like being on a ride. Trippy. I suggest to smoke some weed before you go, I didn't, but that would of been one hell of a trip.

Sigourney Weaver's was a standout performance in Avatar. You don't always expect the acting in sci-fi films to be notable, but in this it was, all round.

Technology is original, story isnt there's no drama behind any of his movies, he just polishes his stuff. This technology will change within a year.

Eye candy? Hardly! This has more than most of Camerion's other works. As well as other movies out there. The story is far better than District 9 ever had. Oh no! we have an alien roach infestation! What do we do? Two words gentlemen, Roach Motels! The quality of the story Avatar has along with the kick a&# graphics which seem well blended with the live thespians in the movie make this film one of (if not the) best film(s) of '09. Maybe even better than the new Star Trek (possibly).
