Freeze the frame at 0:04 right after it leaps and does a second leap, you can see humanish legs, not from a dog or deer. But look at the shadow, the shadow is sligtly wrong according to the light. So it's computer generated graphics.

Its not clear where this footage is taken as it is far too dark(an indicator of covering CGI). If this is not CGI, then its a bipedal mammal like a gorilla or monkey. Both roam wild in a few areas of the world, even by dense populations with roads and buildings.

Its a nice scary effect though. Especially with the car that just happens to go by just as the "creature" is crossing the road eerily lighting a "vague" silhouette.
