can u still eat corn? im still learning about this new way of eating. Is it also possible to combine raw and cooked or is that a bad idea? i did discoverd i liked avocadoes, oh in the video u mention nut butters but arnt these high in fats? and not good for you.

my son turned yellow-orange from eating tones of sweet potatoes when he was only 2. its nothing to worry about. Perhaps cut back on the ones your eating and include other raw foods.

Peanuts have Aflatoxin-- its a toxin found in mold that grows on peanuts & corn-- very bad for you, thats why no one eats peanuts or talks about it.
I use to love peanuts, I ate them single day :( I ate peanut butter on everything as well.

Excellent video! I can say the only challenge I have had in this lifestyle is all of the cooked food smells in the kitchen because I am staying with family who are meat and dairy eaters, lol
yea I'm not even tempted anymore because I know how I would feel after I ate something cooked, lol I think I'm getting to the point where if I eat something not raw, I will literally get sick
