@celticcanuck2006 it's been a year since your dumbass posted, but hopefully by now you know that "bobber" does NOT refer to the tank. A bobber is a motorcycle that usually has had the front fender removed, the rear fender "bobbed" or made smaller and all superfluous items removed to make it lighter
i just made the top yoke flat with a file and drilled holes and made a set of honda 250 super dream clamps fit but you can make other ones fit off other bikes isent to hard to do just time consuming but it worth it lol cheers bud glad ya like it is a fun bike to ride
NO WAY! Big head lamps on bobbers are a big thumbs down. I just swapped the stock headlamp on my kz650 bobber project for that very reason. It was all big and goofy looking. Same with turn signals. I'm very anti turn signal. I live in Virginia and it's legal to not have turn signals as long as all four are removed from the bike and the rider uses hand signals. Thing is, NOBODY USES HAND SIGNALS. Most car drivers don't know what they mean anyway. I just cut people off. That's just my opinion.
bobbers refer to bobbin the rear fender n stripin off the shit that dont make the bike go or stop
