hey man srry that took so long, but i cant stress enough, the need for extra tail motors......the wires pull out like no ones business. so buy atleast 5 if you want to fly it for a few months. ive gone thru 2, and i need to order a thrid..flown maybe a total 2hrs.
oh damn... i just got my walkera 2-1 on September 1st and it took around 4 days to process the package and deliver. i got mine from helipal. ive been flying so much and my motors have gotten a little burned out.. and some of the threads in the screw holes in the blade grips tend to strip.. so yea... pretty good heli though
nice vid man, u probably shouldnt have let it fall ( heli ) lol =) hey man, i'm thinking bout buying one probably this week, where did u get it from tho ? Ebay,Amazon ? walkera official site? how did u send the transmitter back bro ? anyways ! take it easy man ! keep flying ur thing ! peace ! pls answer tho ! =)
actually a child could do it, lol. remove the canopy, unplug the motor from the esc, unscrew a couple screws and your good to go, make sure you purchase the brushless edition, or upgrade it yourself, it really improves the performance/functionality of the heli.
And umm.. is the tail motor brushless also?? If it isn't wont it have to be replaced often? And is there a way to make it brushless if it isn't already?
i guess the tail motor i have is not..the seller did say it was brushless, but i dont think so lol. and yes there is. i did happen to see a vid somewhere on here has a larger but more coin shaped chrome motor on hi 4-3
um it took literally about, 13 days...waay too long, on top of it all, the helicopter was really good, but the 2.4 ghz receiver is defective!!! loses signal at about 10-15 ft, and now i have to send it back...not happy..
Good choice getting the brushless version, as the older brushed version is totally let down by the total crap motors that last 10-20 flights before the poor excuse for bushes wear out, after 5 motors in 2 weeks I gave up on the brushed version, its cheaper to cut loses and get the one you got in the video.
i thought you said lightbulb not lipo
