you cant use glued tires over 65. You need solid tires. Just a tip. You can make them by cutting up a pair of tires and cut the side walls. Make the tread a little shorter to fit the rim and hot glue them to the rim. Or hunt for a pair.

@2012goingNutz I was thinking about foam, but I like your idea. What about the raised portion of the rim that seats the tire? Shave it or leave it?
