@MrExplosivemonkey Lol you need to pick up Mining. With mining you Mine all the ores you need from nodes. You could also buy them, but thats sometimes expensive.

@MrExplosivemonkey Go to your local city, (ex. Stormwind, Orgrimmar, etc.) and train mining. Then go to a mine in your area that has copper veins. You can mine those and your mining skill will go up. After you clear the mine go back to a town and go into the armory. From there you can smelt the copper ore into copper bars, which you need in the beginner plans, most other things with the beginner plans you can buy for cheap. As you level up your BS, this cycle should come naturally.

Can you tell me the chances of successfully ranking a profession when it's on yellow (and green) difficulty?

From my experience (with tailoring) the first 4 ranks of yellow above orange difficulty for an item almost always give a rank when crafting an item, (suggesting something like 90%+ chance of ranking up), with only the 5th yellow above orange being significantly more likely to fail to rank the skill.

I've always wanted to know the percentages for yellow and green crafts giving a rank.

Ok so I would like to ask current players a question. Is it worth coming back? The original reason I quit near the end of LK is because I personally found WoW was a joke, it was to easy, and blizzard was trying to help casual players TO MUCH. All Blizz did was hand gear out to people that took real raiders months to get. Does the game have a challenge now? Or is Blizz planning on handing gear out and making the game a joke like LK was?

@bigbob6556 i would say it takes a little bit longer to get gear but its about the same. i found the leveling zones to be more fun than the LK ones were.dual spec is no longer 1000g, i think its either 1 or 10g and is availible at level 30 instead of 40. basic flying was 250g the last i checked though it may have dropped again. so basically all the old content is even easier to get. epics are slightly more rare than they were at the end of LK but thats to be expected as the expansion is new.

@CBAdizzle It'll be cheaper once prices settle. I bought Obsidium at 40g per ore (PER ORE) and Volatile Earth at 30-35g each. Volatile fires were all over the place (you might say the prices were...volatile) but it was quite an investment. Also, the pvp stuff (aka everything made after 500) is guaranteed to sell for a profit.
