ACTUALLY..this is sped up. I know because the power ring animations on her toggles are moving too fast to be at normal play speed. Yes she has SS on but no way is it that fast.

Indeed he isn't, but cjbranden icecicles is great btw, it has multiple uses. First and foremost to put a purple set in, next slotted makes it hard to as you. Also his damage was lol. I just tore my icer down after the hibernerf it pissed me off it was up but i still couldnt use it. But a stalker couldnt chew through 3000 hp with my build.

Yea looks like Johnny Freeze isn't a PvP-built Ice/Energy Tanker. Icicles is definitely a PvE powers. I saw a few premature Hibernate pops, but that happens and I definitely saw an AS go off so maybe Chilling Embrace was off. Might not see fights like these for awhile since the lengthened the activation time of ET and gave it a new animation. I don't have an EM stalker but I've heard a few people now say they can't hack now that they nerfed ET (shrug).
