Xanax is a rather extreme perscription...maybe it's just my airy-fairy medical opinion, but seeing as I'm a councillor, I think I'm more inclined to cognative therapy than drugs anyhow. I will sometimes ask that the doctor perscribe some lenient anxiety medication if it's that bad, but otherwise I try to get to the root of the issue. I think it's a better treatment if drugs supliment psychological therapy, when it comes to mental disorders.
