... The chick actually sounds alot more like "Sicki Vicki" from Sonny with a Chance than Miley Cyrus... The Billy-Ray parody isn't too bad though. I also noticed that Jim managed to receive the greatest reactions SNL's had since, basically Ferrel, Oteri, Kattan and Shannon left... Plus, "Miley" actually did Sicki Vicki's "That's not cool" catchphrase toward the end. Apparently Lorne Michaels ripped off the wrong character when he did his Disney Channel research... SNL just isn't the same anymore
