@iknowhowtobenerd it's actually on of the easier songs i covered. But i know what ya mean, ive seen August Burns Red live and was like "wtf?! they look so chilled while they do those incredibly sick riffs". It's all about practice and repetition

what kind of strings do you use? i play drop D, Drop C# , and Drop C and i switch between them constantly and i literally broke a string a minute ago. i have regular slinkys i think. what kind do you recommend. i want more tension while in drop c

@xXGibsonLegacyXx Elixir Nanoweb Light-Heavy (.52 to .10) last a cpl months if u clean em regularly. Supertight on low strings yet still soft on the high strings (coz its a mixed set). Drop C is just perfect, Drop D might feel a bit too tight in the beginning but im used to it, lower tunings also possible.

@xXGibsonLegacyXx oh ive tried pretty much all the brands out there in my time. Elixir are by far the most durable and easy to play strings out there. Yes theyre pricy, but totally worth it!
