  • never put ur elbows out ..i had to learn it the hard way..i got elbow tennis ..its a bitch pain..never goes away....keep ur elbows in no matter wut...i kno u want to lift more weight wut elbows out to make a super star of ur self..but its gonna fuck up ur elbows..pretty quick
