It's too bad I purchased ALL the Jordi Maso CDs of Mompou's music, BEFORE I had heard about Mompou Plays Mompou. However, I did hear that Mompou's widow (now deceased) approved of his interpretations -- at least some of them -- I don't know what she heard.) I will have to make the investment, and soon. too much in a hurry, Jordi misunderstood IMO the changes in rythm, check out the recording of Mompou plays Mompou and you will hear the different,!
I prefer Mompou plays Mompou, this is to mechanical without the right feeling
