Maxwell was in his 5th or 6th year. The whole team was young and had the best record in the NBA that year. They lost in a close series that went to 7 games. So the question remain......what the hell are you talking about when you say the Celtics were old and showed it?

Props to the Boston fans for the "Beat LA" chant. It was very classy. But it wasn't as loud as the "See You Sunday" chant, now was it? Man, those Sixers teams should have had rings on every finger. Talent and entertainment--the Sixers had it all. If those same guys played today, the NBA media blitz would be outrageous. One of the biggest blunders ever was not giving the Sixers kind of spotlight they deserved.
