@misscpb We ate raw for about a month, as a spring cleanse. It was great, but wouldn't work for us through the winter!

Phil takes care of the video uploads - there's something preventing him from uploading them to youtube at the moment, but we definitely film in HD so that we can post them in future!

Hi. I thought I'd let you know HD is available now, just click on the bottom right of the video where it says a 480p ( or it might say 360p). A little menu comes up and you can choose one of the HD options.
