  • was he drunk here or what

  • Argh.. Most leading politicians always seem so likeable, reasonable and honest after they've resigned.

  • I inherited a recession and I'm ending a recession

  • His press conferences always made me laugh

  • Well, he's no Reagan.

  • Its amazing, and im not making a negative statement, he was truly at his best during the transition. He handled with grace and dignity.

  • Oh, wait. This isn't Benny Goodman. Oh, this guy...oh, he's an asshole.

  • The man who did more for the waltz than anyone.

  • Is rare this guy was the worst USA president in last century is nice is out of the radar ,TV , media, books, politic whatever, Please any cant tell me which cave or prison he is living in the last 2 1/2 years ?

  • The most important part of this video happens at 14:49 threw 15:46 because we are still in what they told him was happening. George Bush was told "the depression could be greater than the great depression." They like calling it a recession, but the truth is in this video he was told it was a depression. Depressions aren't easily solved that's why it's still going on today.

  • Fascist.

  • omg look at the guy who asked the question and bush keeps talking about the loud voices he hears at 18:56 and the Jim guy is just looking at the president like wondering if Bush is just fucking stupid or what?! lol

  • Does he say "Tapper" right at the very beginning?

Also, this is a pretty lulzy conference

  • @serbwithblade yeah. I think it was Jake Tapper's first day on the job as ABC News Chief White House Correspondent and President Bush was surprised to see him sitting there. I'm pretty sure Tapper covered Bush's first White House run.

  • "sometimes you misunderestimated me =D "

  • @minutemaidenity thought I was the only one who caught that....

  • Bush likes the bailout, Obama likes the bailout, everybody likes the bailout... Because they new that's what it was going to take, back in August 2001... Lifted your homes, stole your tax dollars, eliminated your jobs, sent them all over seas while bankrupting the nation in foreign energy conflicts. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. "Freedom" huh? "Axis of evil?" You're looking at it right here... What a joke...

  • At the least he was entertaining.

  • 6:10 reveals a glimpse into the Bush psyche. He says that its been a long time since there's been peace in the middle east and smirks like he's proud of invasion and slaughter of over a million innocents. Utter hippocratic dribble.

He and his cabinet should be jailed for life for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

    Heil Bush

  • @delatroy

Tell us WHY he should be jailed for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Lets say you are a judge and you have to hand down a verdict. Explain the specific aspects of that verdict.

  • He's so calm and secure and relaxed. And he should be, he did the very best and has no regrets. Good for him.

  • @sturmraist50 i would call it extreme arrogance.

  • Everyone knows that trafficking MARIJUANA IS PROHIBITED. And where laws, permits TRAFFICKING MARIJUANA, and why it does not legalize, as alcohol and tobacco?? I DO NOT KNOW WHOM ADDRESSED THIS QUESTION? WHY DO PEASANTS OF THE EARTH, NOT can grow marijuana, and take HARVEST STATES, thus improving their social position and billions INCOME IN STATE PENALTY. WHY DOES THIS MAFIA? WHY SO PROFITABLE BUSINESS NOT monopolized by the state ????? Who Benefits?

  • I LOVE ME SOME OF THAT BUSH, EVEN THOUGH THE WORST ERRORIST ATTACK IN THIS COUNTRY HAPPENED ON YOUR WATCH.

I'M WHITE,. DUM BAND FUCKING RETARDEDM, ABN UI HATE ME SOME THEM MUZZIES!

BUT I LOVE ME SOME THAT BUSH! EVEN THOUGH THE WORS ECONOMIC COLLAPSE IN THIS COUNTRY HAPPENED UNDER YOUR WATCH..

    I STILL LOVE U!

WHY? CUZ I HATE DEMOCRATS...AND I DON'T FUCKING CARE IF CLINTON BALANCED THE BUDGET AND THE ECONOMY WAS AWESOME..

I LOVE KILLING ME SOMNE BROWN PEOPLE, BRING ON THE WAR! YEE HAW!

  • I LOVE YOU Mr.Bush. God Bless You and Your Smile. I don't know how you put up with these donkey socialist liberal journalists for 8 years. Journalists should be banned from the White House :)

  • I LOVE YOU Mr.Bush. God Bless You and Your Smile.

  • @MrElmarwan

i love u mr bush, i wanna suck ur dick mr bush..even though the saudi royal family is your best friend and gave you MILLIONS TO BAIL YOU OUT OF THE COMPANIES YOU BANKRUPT.

I JUST WANNA BLOW YOU MR BUSH. PLEASE START A TWITTER ACCOUNT! I'VE GOT NOTHING ELSE IN MY LIFE!!! PLEASE, I JUST WANT SOME OF YOU MR BISHY

I BE HATING ME SOME THEM MUZIES, BUT I LOVE U MR BUSH. I LOVE UR SMILE, I WANNA STICK MY 2 INCH CROOKED INBRED DICK IN THAT SMILE.

LOL,. INBREDS LIKE MRWELWRAN ARE FUNNY

  • Bullshitttttt u r just lying and lying, Bush is nothing but a stupid person

  • Don't believe what George bush or any president says nowadays. Its just a bunch off lies. George bush is a evil man and it's proven to all the vicitms in the wars. And don't tell me its for Americas safety cuz thats bs all the way.

This man should be punished for lifetime in prison

  • Bush is drunk as shit, whats for missile launch today?

  • Comment removed

  • Obama didnt need the 350 billion, he stole it from the citizens

  • lol... "thank ya". No one clapped, idiot xD

  • my favourite part is after he admits that wall street got drunk and we got the hangover is that a journalist asks what his one biggest mistake might have been, and he doesn't just highlight one, but goes on and on about just about everything he was involved in...

  • can someone tell me where I can find the press conference where Bush storms out? ...its in the movie "W." i want to see the real thing. thanks.

  • @46:51 what does the man say before "sit down". I couldn't quite understand it.

  • God dammit, look at his microexpressions... Just look at them...

  • bush's last press conference was by far his best.

  • whats the difference between bush and obama? bush was willing to make decisions he knew werent popular but he felt they were right for the country and was willing to avoid popularity obama just sucks

  • The movie W completely spun this press conference beyond what it really was like.

  • thank god planet of the apes is gone

  • His later years > His earlier years

  • President Bush was a much better president than Obama. Bush knew what he was talking about and doesn't waver on what is popular.

Many Americans say that Bush lied about WMD in Iraq. My response has always been the same. If he lied to Americans no matter what the reason was, then he did the wrong thing. But remember, he fought a rouge nation. Bush, CIA and other agencies have said that they had bad intelligence. It has been proven time and again that it was bad intelligence.

  • @ForgottenEasternJews bad intelligence that cost the lives of many Americans and Iraqi and Afghani civilians. But it wasn't JUST the war it was also his very open and deliberate rape of the US Constitution with the US PATRIOT, GITMO, wire tapping, and so on... But if he knew what he was talking about why did the administration back track and well, lied about things that they said and then turned around and denied they ever said it... I recall talk of a mushroom cloud and then they denied it.

  • Well said Mr President "There will be a moment, when the responsibilities of a President lands squarely on his shoulders".

President Fucking Obama still doesn't want to take the responsibility. It's easy to give speeches using a teleprompter. It's also easy to criticize someone who is unpopular among general public. But it's really hard when you are in his shoes. With popularity below 45%, President Obama (F****) is realizing it now.

  • @ForgottenEasternJews 1. swearing doesn't further your point. 2. take responsibility??? um, you can't move forward without looking back to fix previous mistakes... but some seem to want to take ALL of Bush's mistakes and blame Obama. 3. teleprompter? really, Obama is the ONLY president to ever use a teleprompter... c'mon. 4.Bush made mistakes and many people deny those mistakes.

  • Third Term!

  • I miss Bush.

  • @longsexylegs Shut up, or I will tear your epidermis off!

  • @cbsteffen

Look pipsqueak, I will write anything I damn well please.

If you don't like it, then you can shove it.

  • the last TRUE president this nation had. he brought dignity to the office. now, because of the dumbing down of the masses, we're left with a narcissistic moron who is effectively ruining a once great nation.

  • Oh boy am I missing W now...I still cannot believe how horribly the media treated him. While he made some mistakes, he was a wise and mature president who swayed in the wind and diidn't let criticism and name-calling affect his behavior.

  • He*

  • I miss George W. He was the greatest president America ever had =( I would have capped the oil leak in the Gulf so he could go back and drill it later to make money off it. Why waste it?

  • Man, I wish this guy was still president.

  • @GmasterRED Eat trash!

  • @cbsteffen

But of course. What else to expect from a wonderful lieberal progressive.

  • @GmasterRED He was not liberal, you freak!

  • @cbsteffen

I was talking about you, genuis.

  • @GmasterRED Then you should have said "a wonderful liberal progressive like you."

  • @GmasterRED Hell Yeah

  • I agree that President Bush is at his best when he is simply being "George". Thank you Mr. President for a colorful eight years and being true to your heart. If we can endure you and can't stop trying to resurrect Reagan, politics is about to change for the better in America. COME BACK ROSS PEROT!!!!

  • I agree-dsharpshooter87. I liked and respected President Bush. He loved America. In reading books on his presidency found that he had the wrong people around him that had their own agenda and were not fully telling him the truth when they should have and when he found out it was like closing the barn door after the horse is out.

It's sad they blame President Bush for what they claim President Obama inherited, well in 2008 when he lost control of Congress they spent like drunken sailors would.

  • He couldnt blame CLINTON!!!!! He LEFT BUSH a SURPLUS NO WARS NO 9/11 NO WIRETAPPING (yeah right) NO TORTURE NO WMD LIES KATRINA NO RECESSION BUSH TRIED TO FIRE ALL THE US ATTORNIES BUSH PAID FOR REPORTERS TO BE PRO BUSH WITH ALL WE KNOW NOW..... I WONDER WHAT THE REAL REASON WAS CHENEY SHOT THAT GUY ON THE HUNTING TRIP. MAYBE THAT WAS A WARNING TO ANYBODY THAT DIDNT WANT TO GO ALONG WITH WHAT WAS COMING...
  • @sgtsnafu You are a fucking worthless idiot!!

  • The invasion of Iraq was arguably the most justified case of military action the U.S. has ever taken in its history, based on national defense, validated intelligence and legal authority, not to mention morality. That the exact opposite story is what a majority of Americans appear to believe, and a super-majority of non-Americans, is a scary thought. The TRUTH has been sabotaged, but not by the Bush Administration or Americas allies!

  • Honestly, Republicans are not that much different than Democrats. Both are very flawed parties failing in a 2 party corrupt system of government. Both supported the Bailout (which I believe was necessary), that put the Nation into horrendous debt.

  • It makes me emotional to watch this full 40+ min press conference because I do respect George Bush, but strongly disagree with his Admin's foreign stances/policies. I honestly believe he was a decent, compassionate person who was simply too stubborn, and not intelligent enough to realize the Rumsfelds and Ashcrofts of his Cabinet were poisoning the Executive Branch of the USA.

  • 'Mountain biking hard' to forget one is President... what a guy.

  • If you look closely you'll notice no one is wearing shoes...

  • lol @ 2:55

    "i generally mean what i say..uhh.."

    FUCK YOU

  • this is when Bush was at his best...when he just let it all out and did not worry about saying the wrong things. didn't have to worry about the media spinning it into something it was not!

  • @powpizzy I agreed with you. at 01.11 he did say misunderestimates him but no one laugh, miss him a lot.

  • Probably his best press conference ever! From 26:00 to 34:00 was something I wish I saw more of from him. My only wish is that many would take the time to research, factual research, to see the threat Saddam Hussein posed to our country in the post 9/11 world! Search Iraq: Setting the record straight. The PDF document(with References) is probably the best factual history review of the problems with Iraq. It's a pretty long, maybe 100 pages, but skim through, take a look, and educate yourself!

  • what a fuckin idiot u are....i worked in politics for over 20 yrs...ran major campaigns in NJ/NY...i met clintons, ollie north, best selling authors, congressmen....iraq war FOR isreal...and my wife is jewish...check rense dott cm...."truth", indeed

  • @macdaddi88 You seem to be a real level headed person, probably ignorant. Bet you love Obama, I can tell by your intelligence level! haha

  • from 3:19 to 3:39, very heart felt.

  • If not the best the greatest in the history of the world.

  • I remember seeing this live. I felt lucky to see it. He seemed smarter than his public image, or at least a better public speaker. He did seem to be in a bubble and a little deluded about his legacy.

  • he said 34th president LOL funny this guy i love him hes like a big soft toy.. full of fluff..... god help us alll with people like this in power and the worst part is YOU DONT EVEN CARE ahaha woo roll on armagedon!!

  • I didn't blame Bill Clinton once, how refreshing.

  • @chaumont20 13:55 Typical republican speaking from their ass before actually doing some fact checking.

  • @mdsoultrain lmao a republican doing that? Democrats are the biggest examples of what you just said.

  • where did you read that one? a short minded comment,

  • George W. Bush is a true american patriot!

  • u are a true american douche bag

  • @macdaddi88 Oh you are so clever, you liberal hack. You ran a campaign, that must mean you know it all! "RENSE", oh that's where America goes for info, you putz!

  • @macdaddi88 So why am I a douche, because you met the Clintons, and best selling authors? Wow, I'm impressed! That does make you pretty smart, jerkoff!

  • he was a great president, you know why? he gave me 600 $

    awesome lol

  • Haha, he complains that Saddam (watch from 25:30) DIDN'T have nuclear weapons.

  • The fuck? at around 1:10 he says "misunderestimated". Did he make the same mistake AGAIN? Or was that the first time he used that word?

  • Such a better leader and man than the Messiah Obama.

  • is that why he wasn't elected, the first time was a sham, the world knows that, the second term well, 9 11 that's a shoe in,

but this time, think there were about 10 billion people around the world who if they could vote would have voted against him.

  • sta tsakidia MALAKA

  • I miss him.

  • he misses you too....lol

  • regardless of views on the whitehouse idiot, monkey george... let's be thankful he's gone out of politics for now. Also, let's create a law that will prevent him from future public service. George Bush and family, is a family of greed and criminals, and must pay the price for the conflict they have created for the world. Historians will not be kind to greedy idiots like george. I am not a religious man, but I hope god punishes george for being the worlds dangerous terrorist. he is a sad person

  • mike after reading your derision of our former president I have nothing more to express than my feelings of what an asshole you are.

  • I agree, I may be an "asshole" but I am not a criminal or a terrorist. I am not afraid to say what curious george is... he's a terrorist criminal and he should be in prison, not retired on my dime. curious george will pay for his crimes.. life just works that way. curious george is no hero, no humanitarian. What, what, what did curious george do for this country? don't tell me he protected us from terrorist... he is the terrorist. The man is a complete idiot and coward. shame george and god

  • Responsibility is, at most, individually assigned.

  • This man deserves respect! He had to lead the worlds greatest land in a very difficult situation.

  • yea, and he turn into the world's most hated land....good on ya george....you really need to see an optomitrist...lol

  • ONAQTIP, you been reading a lot's of shity news. idiot,

  • il take that as a compliment

  • when u watch and listen to this man long enough you realise he has a one sided view on progress. it's almost like have one eye lookin forward toward the goal at hand, and the other eye is delibrately lookin the other way at the true cost of progress.

  • curious george has not the capacity to look forward, he's usually wondering why his knuckles drag the ground.

  • aye, does dat mean republican's are monkey's?

i guess there's alot monkey's on here that enjoyed everything that was goin on when bush was in the drivers seat.

they sound as ignorant as he was.

it was what it was.... if it was a good leadership that's exactly how it would look...but it wasn't,

it amaze's me that 1 man and his cabinet can lead the entire world on the bigest witch hunt in human history....

i hope he's back in his cage, where he can't cause any more mischief...lol...

  • how can u really live knowing that you ultimately decide the fate of a persons life in the decision you make?,

what i cant understand is any humane person wouldn't be able to cope knowing that fact.

i guess that proves a great world leader won't come from texas.

  • If a guy goes to a liquor store with a sawed-off shotgun and blows someone's head off, we send him to prison and/or death row for murder. If a President continues a war that kills thousands upon thousands of innocent people even though HE KNOWS the original justifications for the war (i.e. WMD) are bullshit, we somehow look past this. This son of a bitch belongs in PRISON...period. But we can't do that now can we because he was in the White House for 8 years. Ahhhh society.

  • Then it would be impossible to have a POTUS.

  • too bad we're stuck with fuck face chicken loving obama now, he'll ruin us..

  • america was ruined before obama

  • very soon u ass will turn inside out and start speaking greek son of hitler

go to hell u bush there u will meet all ur bro like amin, hitler victoar boot, blair and other criminal like u son of a bitch

the last thing put ur finger in ur ass

fuck u god punish usa amen

  • what?????

  • Miss you George W.!!!! I felt much safer when you were running the country.

  • Hell yeah. I miss W as well. Thanks for keeping us safe.

  • hahahahaha!, man, is that sort of sarcasm?

  • I love George W. No sarcasm here! He was a true president who stood by his convictions. Get over it people. YOU just can't stand it when someone actually stands for something and doesn't give a shit what you all think about it!!!!!!! History WILL vindicate his presidency. Thanks W!!!!!

  • How can you support the biggest dork ever to sit on the presidential chair, incredible.

  • What's incredible is that it bothers you so much! Get over it! "Dork"??? Do people still use that word??? George W. Bush was a good President...He didn't let anyone get under his skin..unlike the current President, who can't make a speech without mentioning Sean Hannity or Fox News.PLEASE!!

  • It doesnt bother me at all, finally im not american nor i live there, but man, i like america and americans and its not fair what he has done to you all, what he has done to the families of the dead or wounded soldiers in iraq, its not fair

  • I'm sorry but if you are not even an American, the please don't bash a US President, former or otherwise....he hasn't DONE anything to us! Nothing ticks me off more then foreigners bashing my President - go fix your own problems.

  • An important part of the world issues depends on what happens to america, sorry man, in the global world america has lead ALL US, there are not too many "own problems". "FIX YOUR OWN PROBLEMS" is what you have to say your government in order to leave iraq.

  • You are exactly right.....its about time the United States says "figure it out, we're otta here".......but you see, that is what sets America apart from the rest of the world - we give a damn to what happens to the rest of the world. No one did more for Africa in history than George W....and now Obama is wining and dining terrorists.

  • Peru has the most impoverish areas in the world with a rampant AIDS and TB epidemic so how about you "FIX YOUR OWN PROBLEMS" before criticizing US presidents. Get a life and start criticizing your own governments failed policies before doing that of other countries loser.

  • Anyway, i dont live in those "impoverish" areas. Besides, gw bush is the worst american presiden of all times, even if i am peruvian, kenyian or jupiterian.

  • Thank you for giving us a postive comment

  • Lol at the negative messages I received..

My comment was obviously a joke.

  • George,

Put an Aspirin under your tongue and grab your chest you miserable bastard.

  • Why did he always talk about an attack on the United States and "the threat thats still out t here"? It is like he wants people to be scared and worry about dieing tomorrow. He did that almost his whole Presidency.

  • He is gulity of not preventing 9/11. Maybe that is why he is so scared.

  • Bin Laden determined to attack in the US. What should he have done GENIUS! For you to blame W is INSANE. Guess Clinton had no role in Al Queda growing and causing havoc all over the world. Remember the 1st WTC attack happen under Clinton's watch along with. Kobar towers, Tenzina African embasy bombings. Blackhawk down, Uss Cole. I see how you can blame W for 9-11. Cause your STUPID!

  • Cause the threat is out there damn. He remembers 9-11, how quick so many have forgotton.

  • im gona miss this idiot. i've never seen a douchbag like this guy. "lets go after the suiciders"-G.W.B.

  • hahahaha, you would never see a donkey like this in the white house

  • I miss him, respect him and would have him back today if possible.

  • He is losing his stuff there.

  • Bush was a good President and an even better man, and people will soon find out just how good a job he did of protecting America.

  • Hail to the thief... just glad hes gone.

  • lol, you are a joke, how is invading and occupying countries protecting the US?

  • He was the worst President since Bill Clinton

  • LOL

  • well i guess you should be in the real small minority who thinks this guy was a good president...the best historians, thinkers and about 95% of people in the world regard him as one of the worst US presidents in history, but lets get the facts: he turned SURPLUSES into deficits, he was given a prosperous country and now the US is bankrupt, he was more like a stand up comedian, he embarrased the US, he invaded 2 countries one which had nothing to do with terror and never got Osama...WOW

  • Wow. He's not as dumb as the media makes him look. I think I feel more secure with him in the white house than Pres.Obama. Bush won't be afraid to use force to secure security. Obama will respond with speches and beseches when it comes to security matters. Bush has 8 years of experince when it comes to defending America. Obama has no credentials when it comes to security.None at all. Some guy from Illinois became President by looking good and smiling nice. I am very afraid, and you should be to.

  • First .-you are afraid of "terror" because of what this guy and his administration made you believe...he used force? he did but on the wrong places at the wrong time...remember Clark the terror czar(who is a republican btw) claming Bush didnt attack the area where Osama was for 2 months!!! and he bombed Iraq that had nothing to do with 9/11...terrorists were already inside the US and maybe there are some still plotting the next attack...14 year olds in a mall can create terror...think about dat

  • Obama might not have that experience yet for obvious reasons but he warned of the consequences of a war in Iraq in 2002 ...the US has spent more than a trillion dollars in a war that had nothing to do with 9/11 result: about 4,500 americans dead and about 100,000 innocent iraqis ...and no weapons found...a trillion flushed down the toilet thousands of lives killed in vain and now republicans do not want to pour money into their own health care system....only in republican white america

  • I was never a fan of his, but he's definitely a lot smarter than he gets credit for. Remember when they compared Yale grades and scores and saw that Bush actually did better than Kerry, who was promoting himself as some kind of intellectual? I wish Obama wouldn't keep all of his personal records secret so we could compare his records to others. Didn't he say he was a subpar student in high school? But I know people who were poor students, then kick major butt in college and professionally.

  • Yeah, George wishing Obama all the best... But what he really wanted to say was "Good luck with the cleaning up the messes I left ya. The two wars, the failing economy... and all the other little piles of shit I left..."

Oh by the way what ever happened to the 350 billion that was left from W's bailout package... oh yeah that's what I thought it was his retirement bonus....

  • Right..President Bush secretly took $350 Billion for his retirement. Oh no..The alleged usurper who you call president is frivolously spending..not to mention his TRILLION dollar health care plan..what does he think, he can wish this money out of thin air?

  • No thats the federal reserves job to wish money out of thin air.

  • This is the dreaded "misunderestimated" press conference! lol

What an bad ass idiot. Drank his brain away, got brainwashed and let 9/11 happen. And now "change" Obama kills your economy off. You should watch and take action against getting your freedom taken away from you.

(Has he always a hangover at press conferences?)

  • misunderestimated? LOL

  • Don't laugh at him!! That was "STRAT-TEE-GERY" when he said that! :) What an asshole!

  • Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out, Bushie! Maybe now you have time to go back to "ENGLISH 101"!

  • i respect him, been U.S president since i was born lol and been a good one from what i saw..... im from England as well :L obama hmm dodgy...

  • misunderestimated bhahah

  • I like President Bush. Obama is a terrorist

  • I don't care what anyone says, I like President Bush. For 8 years he has provided me with some of the best entertinment that I could ask for. His failure in terms of foreign and domestic policy, holding press conferences, spending vacation time, and speaking are nothing short of humorous. I think we, as Americans, all need to laugh because if we didn't, depression and suicide are definite realities. Thank you fmr President, for making me laugh and cry at the same time.

  • Couldn't agree more! LOL

  • his ability to butcher the english language is misunderstimated

  • The worst President ever we had in history kill yourself Bushit...
