  • dude i feel bad... i've tried to start p90x like 3 or 4 times and i never go after the 1st week... i get bored of doing it by my self etc there are millions of excuses but i really want to... =[

  • @hector1130 Man you have to remember that P90X is not for everyone, there are millions of plans and programs and everyone is not using the X, I love it... it changed my life, but I have friends are in shape that never used the X

  • @Klimatik dude no fucking WAY you're a vegan? thats so cool! i've been following a vegan diet for the past two years and the fist thing i noticed was that i lost 30kg (66lbs) in the first month (i was 210lbs!!) and i haven't put it back on. would be so great to convince everyone else the same story eh!

    i've got my copy of p90x on the way. 7-10 days from the US :-D excited!! keep up the good work man, really inspirational.

  • @Neocrater I actually didnt do doubles, I just stuck with the program. Actually I have never done doubles. and as far as the nutrition I just kept with that as well.

  • @LowLowSpinners uh it is a total lie, we have to workout just like anyone, you may not see them and what they do, but believe me they workout, and they eat well, that goes for anyone that has a fit body, you won't see it , but they do what it takes

  • Well this is going to come down to being honest. I mean with yourself... have you ever missed any workouts, and have you been following the nutrition all the way. those are the factors that separate what your results will look like.

  • hi, im 16, 5'11 and weigh 130 pounds.. i want to gain muscle mass and get ripped, while putting on a good amount of weight.. usually i see overweight people go on this program, so would it work for an underweight person like me?

  • quick question will i lose all of my stretch marks, i didn't see any one you but i'm on day 10 and already see stretch marks, did you use any thing or did they go away at the end of the 90 days

  • the stretch marks are most likely not coming from the workout, there are ointments that pregnant women use to get rid of them

  • this is very encouraging.. we have about the same day-1 build. i am thru week 5, had plyos today (the hardest one), and im just kinda starting to see results.. enough to make me want to continue on at least. From what Ive heard the really noticeable results come around day 60.. is this true from your experience?

  • props on getting such sick results! did you do any other physical activity other than the p90x? i'm currently doing brazilian jiu-jitsu every day and was wondering if it would be wise to do that in combination with the p90x. also i'm in college and the meal plan makes it hard to follow any nutrition plan. any advice? thanks

  • actuallly I just kept with the program, nothing extra, just kept pushing it. you can follow the nutrition plan it is just a choice of what to eat right. you can do it you just have to show some restraint in the caf.

  • Question . . . I am on week 2 and I am absolutely HORRIBLE at the Ab Ripper X. I mean I can't do anything past bicycles.

    Did you have similar issues and if so, did you do any other kind of ab workout cause I don't feel like I am getting anything out of it.

  • here is the question, you say you can't, do you mean you can't or it hurts to do it. I had trouble too, but I was determined to get it done, never missed a rep, lol now it was ugly but it got done

  • @Klimatik The answer is that it does hurt so my form gets waaaaaaaaaaaaaay off like 4 exercises in. What I am doing this week, my 2nd week, is doing every rep, even if it takes me longer. The other day it took me like 40 minutes to do the 15 minute workout but I got every rep in. Just looking for some advise. Good looking out!

  • Awesome results man. I'm in phase 3 right now of P90X and already burned a ton of fat off. Had to buy new jeans and belts. This program is amazing. After i burn the fat time to add mass. I can definatly notice you added some mass second time around. Looks great man, keep at it! When i'm done i'll be posting a video of my results.

  • hey Riki, i just started the program so as a beginner maybe i can give you some advice. This thing is tough as heck, tougher than anything you've probably done, but there's no greater feeling in the world than completing a day's workout XD Tips: they give you a guide to start off that has a list of things you should be able to do. If you can't do them, i'd suggest you work at them slowly untill you can, then start the program. Its like taking a trip through hell...but its addicting...:)

  • they are all intense, but if you go half assed you won't get anything out of them. if you follow the guides they will have you looking the way you really want.
