wow I find it hard to do takedowns without using my legs... of course being a judoka... a good amount of throws are required to use your legs... it looks here like they allow themselves to be tossed

As every martial art, it has it's own techniques that allow them to takedown their opponents.

It seems that they stop moving to concentrate in making their bodies heavier and harder to move(by breathing techniques, in the same fashion a judoka does)
