  • I luv fruits and veggies, but damnnnnn no meat? no good protein?;chicken, turkey, tuna? On a serious note. drs know the deal, but it isn't about a cure. There's no money in the cure. they will tell you to eat healthy and give you the tools to eat healty, but they know with most people, having wilpower is what most don't have, therefore they stay in business by keeping people medicated;chaching

  • This is what we are doing in Columbia, Missouri

Check our youtube nvideos at Centro Latino de Salud

  • I'd like to differentiate that this is Type 2 (insulin resistant), not Type 1 (Body produces no insulin).

  • Woody Harrelson is incorrect about cooking=destruction of nutrition. This is not the case with ALL foods. There, are independent studies that prove cooking certain veggies actual improve their nutritional values rather than destroy them. This black & white approach, with no room for the grey area, seems way too radical. Carrot, celery and tomatoes all become richer in nutrients when cooked. Go figure. Everything in moderation is the key. No one can sustain most types of radical change for long.

  • beautiful...

  • i dont have diabetes, but i would like to try this one for 30ty to see, i have often thought that food was the number one killer of all. cook food that is and meats. i was always told you are what you eat.

  • Wake UP you stupid, fat slugs ...

No proof of anything until you die???

You feel great dragging your fatty belly around?

You peeps are SICK!!!! and most of all ... YOU PEEPS ARE IGNORANT fucks ...

Wake up and smell your own meat-sweat ...

  • @ProVoLabs8 It's rude, ignorant, classless people like yourself that give all vegetarians a bad name.

You may not have much fat around your waist..but you have plenty around your brain cells and your mouth is a cesspool of fecal matter apparently.

Now I suggest you get off your high horse before you get a nosebleed princess.

  • @ProVoLabs8 Let's hope you contract necrotizing fasciitis on your dick.

  • You may object when I saw I have been consuming raw milk products all my life. The proof is in the numbers. My type 2 is under control naturally. My fasting glucose is in the 80's. Just like doctors said formula was better for babies than breast milk. Go ahead and believe them and die from the complications. Until we stop eating the foods that the corporations have contaminated will we stop this disease from killing us.

  • @lzcandu Raw milk is a wonderful product. Sadly..it is not easily available for most of us. Thank you for enlightening the masses with your story.

  • @lzcandu Congrats on your success, but like religion, people hold fast to what they believe. The problem lies in bureaucracy & raids on health food stores which sell these products may cause it to become less available. Then what? Like monsant-uh oh-is controlling what farmers can & can not grow. Hybrids do well on the first go round, but then, not so much. The nutrition values are going down while the prices are going up. That is what will kill us. Ex.Japanese eat tons of rice- no diabetes-so?

  • Medical Doctors know...they want to stay in business though....they are here to manage us, not cure us

  • @OrelSaks, consuming cow's milk (raw or pasteurized) is foolish. We are the only species that continues to drink milk into adulthood, and the milk of another species. Outrageous.

  • @mchiarel11 We are also the only species that has created something called a computer and something called the internet.

We are the only species that created flying metal birds to take us into space.

We are the only species that wipes it's butt with paper after it defecates.

To judge the human race by the same standards you judge other animals is simply preposterous. Furthermore..scientifically we are Omnivores..capable of ingesting many substances & be healthy doing it.

  • Praise Ahayah Fot this ! This is beautiful :)

  • @fedos oh right, i dont belive in none of it:')

  • I'm Type 2. I started on this journey when I was diagnosed 5 years ago. I started with raw foods 3/2011. I was off all meds by 6/2011. Since than I have added raw milk, grass fed beef and pasture raised chickens and their eggs. No processed foods or animals that were fed them. This diet I can easily stick with. A natural management of type 2 diabetes. Taking medication is not the answer, primal foods.

I have never been overweight, that is not the cause. Food modification is the cause.

  • @lzcandu Consuming raw milk is foolish. Any real scientist involved in the subject would tell you that.

  • This is all woo. If you have diabetes, following advice from these people will put you at risk.

    rationalwiki . org/wiki/Raw_foodism

  • @fedos it boggles my mind that you can say that eating whole, natural foods and experiencing greater health as a result is woo. It's not woo, it's common sense. Eating crap and taking drugs is way more woo than eating as nature intended.

  • you should really say this is for type 2

  • My gut feel is to stay away from genetic modified food.

  • eat organic

  • This video is referring to TYPE 2 DIABETES, not Type 1.

  • @type1diabetesaware I've seen raw foodies explicitly claim that their woo will cure type 1.

  • @fedos What? Raw foods CAN NOT CURE TYPE 1 DIABETES. What is woo?

  • @type1diabetesaware I'm aware that raw food will not cure diabetes. I saw a supplemental video that goes with the video advertised here in which one of the people that went through the program claimed to have type 1 and claimed that he was cured.

Woo is when you claim that a certain diet will cure or prevent a large number of diseases, or that wearing a magnetic bracelet will improve your balance.

Here: rationalwiki . org/wiki/Woo (you'll have to remove the space to get the link to work)

  • @fedos The person that was "cured" by the program either never had type 1 diabetes in the first place or is lying. I promote awareness and try to rid misconceptions and this is one of them.

  • @type1diabetesaware I think we share a common goal, though for different reasons.

I found the video: watch?v=JtvFpF-3B5Q Go to the 3:00 mark to hear the Type I claim.

C0nc0rdance did two videos in which he examined the claims of the Raw Foodies (he does not mention the diabetes claim). In the second video he looks at some of the real benefits of a raw food diet.

    watch?v=rKKvmFZBALo

    watch?v=tD11em1uXgk

  • I think the doctors know, they tell you to eat right and exercise. But they are there to make the dollar!

  • @out2gtme They'd make more money selling organic and herbs and moving into promoting research.

  • This is all nice and true..and yes..eating a raw diet will make you lose weight and cure many things..but here is the problem: How many of us can eat raw salads and veggies every day without going out of our minds with boredom? NOBODY addresses this! So either all the raw foodists are people who love monotony & the same foods day in & out..or people do well for a while until the boredom drives them back to regular food. I tried it, & couldn't stick to it..the boredom & sameness drove me crazy!

  • @Nightbird A raw diet will cause dramatic, positive, and nearly immediate results, but (and I know some will disagree with me) staying on a raw diet for the rest of your life is not necessary. HOWEVER, this absolutely does NOT mean that after our 30 (or however many) days of raw food dieting we can go right back to eating McDonald's everyday. But we can control what kind of food is brought into our house, where we go out to eat, and whether we drench everything in a frying pan with oil.

  • Ironic that my last name is McDonald, yeah? Haha =D

  • @ChrisMcDonald214 I agree completely, but I was speaking from the perspective of a person who rarely eats oily or fast food. I love variety in my food, and to be honest, eating raw made me feel week, constantly hungry, irritated, and faint. Not to mention the gastric distress not from the fiber, but from the plants themselves -I literally became ill. I'm glad some can do this, but not all of us an tolerate it, as not all of us have bodies that like that much raw plant material.

  • @Nightbird have some will power. "uh, i'm too bored to be healthy, so fuck it"

  • @mysteriousjayde If you think my comment had anything to do with "willpower" then you are mistaken. I have fasted on just water for WEEKS at a time to detox -you try that and then tell me about willpower. I lead a very healthy life & eat incredibly healthy & organic food, but I can't live on pure veggies & fruits. Humans are Omnivores, and our ancestors survived because they ingested meat. In their time, there was no "Vegan" propaganda like today, they ate what they wanted.

  • WOW, I love Woody Harrelson. He's a great actor! Second time I've seen eating raw foods is really good for you, especially to lose weight.

  • It's so great that this information is getting out there now. So many diseases can be cured just by eating natural healthy food.

  • I would be most appreciative of any information as this is a newly diagnosed disease for me. However, I was particularly interested in the cure process and the steps needed to effect it. Thank you again!

  • @GetShitDone You can read many books to help you like ''The 9 step to keep the doctors away'' or China Study to understand better. Also, having a raw food diet (at least 50% + of your total diet) will help all of the possible sickness. Throw away meat and dairy, only that step will show you better feeling.

  • So, is this like, Wow! I'm cured! can I go have a steak and potato meal with a beer? Or does it mean "Cured" is a lifestyle change similar to what a overweight person has to do once he/she achieves their target weight? I.E. do I have to eat like this forever to stay "Cured"?

  • @GetShitDone Having the disease is a sign that whatever your doing in the first place isn't working. And you are degenerating. Anything that will cure you is something that must be maintained. No shortcuts. Lifestyle changes. Sure you could go back to your steak and starch diet. You'd see the same degeneration however. Over time, The disease will return.

  • @Tupoc4181 If I'm understanding you correctly. There is a certain amount (maybe all) of repair happening after one applies this process, to the pancreas? To me, this would substantiate your claim to cure. For some, just reducing or eliminating sugar from their diet controls their blood sugars yet this should not be mis construed as a cure. One would be tempted to call this a "Lifestyle Change".

Where can I find more information on this? Thank you Tupoc

  • @GetShitDoneAnything that takes the degenerative proccess and forces it to stop and reverse is considered a cure. A cure must not only stop the progression but also reverse it. Taking sugar away may hault it. Though, Until other factors are put in (healthful diet/the cutting out of cause) it will not "reverse". Technically, cure can not be without lifestyle change. The more illness the more lifestyle change will be needed. Are you looking for more info on diet for diabetes or on this proccess lol

  • @GetShitDone Yes! Otherwise you will just come back near your tomb. We are so used to eat ''shit' that when we stop eating it we just cry ... its pathetic ! Im vegan for 3 mounth now and i will NEVER come back, as good as it can seems/be the taste of all shitty food we eat. NEVER ! Their is too many benefits to eat mostly raw and too many problem relied to junk-food / meat / milk and so on ...

  • EaT moO ChIkEn !

  • @SuperSexyTasty

What do you think the placebo effect is? And you're calling ME an idiot? I would almost feel offended but then I look at the name SuperSexyTasty and all I can do is laugh.

  • @skipp311

You are not an idiot, faith is very important, just like placebo is, Hope and trust.

There will be a change in de brain so that your body will function better on cell niveau and can start healing it self.

A happy person will live longer than a stressed one.

sorry my english writing is not very good.

  • Simply telling yourself and feeling you are being cured plays a major role in actually being cured.

Yes... eating healthy is important but faith/belief is much more powerful than we give it credit.

  • Because of the limitations, depression is part of the disease. I wonder how many people can maintain such a strict diet for the rest of their lives. Just a thought. :)

  • @simplydew

depression is because you are ill, if you are healthy you need food for a living, and that is what food is for.

Heathy and energiatic makes you enjoy living, not addiction to sugar and speciality artificial sugar.

People who are eating and eating are starving from no nutrition at al, because there is nothing in there food to feed the body to go on, no vitamines only intoxication.

  • I'm a type 2 diabetic diagnosed 4 years ago. Obviously, every doctor will tell you to eat well, exercise, stay hydrated, minimize your carb intake and eliminate sugar from your diet. You still need protein to provide energy among others. Although I'm diet controlled but it's a struggle, especially during the holiday seasons. Every social event whether it be going to fairs, pot luck, birthday parties or what not center around food.

  • @simplydew

The only thing you must avoid is GMO products, glucose sirope, aspertame, MSG, meat fead by gmo soya and mais, milk.

organic food and eggs, ive yoy can by that, what is almost impossible because of monsanto.

  • Yes no mystery. The net has every veg on line read learn. Today read of karela or bitter gourd melon. See in store?? what is this warty think, know Indian people eat. Love Indian food. Well going to cook. Will send video to pre-diabetic friend. When to hospital yesterday to visit 350 bl father with one leg now, heart shrinks most organs dieing slowly. A lonely man who eats himself to death. @50 I will not go this way. I love nutrition and learning and sharing. Good luck people. mark.

  • I wonder how much they had to pay Woody to take a gigantic bite of a Twinkie in Zombieland?

  • @Redmeddle the twinkie was a fake vegan one they made for the movie, ive read

  • All effort to reduce BG level to normal are fantastic. Swiss scientists says natural dbethics cure diabetes too. If it can do it for Darren, it should be able to help you too. Some says as early as 15 days to see results

  • I really wish I could do that. Unfortunately I am not in a position to do this. If I had the money, I'd set up a clinic for this.

  • I mean I think it might be cool as a cure, and I am into healthy eating, too. But I can´t help, these "raw eaters" don´t look healthy either!!!!!

  • @KarinOll my friend, us humans are meant to eat raw food...tell me, what's in meat that we need? protein? that can come from hemp

  • the most common and commonly overlooked cause of disease is nerve interference. nerve interference to the pancreas is one of the main causes of diabetes. i have seen people make remarkable improvement once this is corrected.

  • I don't think that the fact of the diet being raw is what is treating the disease, I believe a diet composed of low carbahydarte foods wether vegetables or meat cooked or not cooked would be equaly effective. I'm not hinting at Atkins by the way, I just believe limiting grains and sugar would be just as beneficial.

  • @rich0292 im eating Paleo for 60 days insulin is now zero usage. its the grains that are the junk food

  • @datzfast

Great, so we both agree that it does not matter weather the diet is raw or not, it's carbahydrate containing foods. :)

  • Diabetes is like AIDS. Once you have it, its with you forever.

  • The Dr. said, "how do I ship all my patients to Arizona?" Why doesn't he educate himself on how to treat his patients by using diet as a way to cure diabetes...that's what's wrong with western medicine, the doctors don't have a clue about diet and I think it should be a prerequisite for all doctors to learn about food and how it affects the body. But then of course the pharmaceutical companies wouldn't like that if doctor's were curing their patients without using drugs.

  • Western Medicine is compartmentalized and does not look at the human body as one balanced system. It is dis-ease oriented & BigPharma controlled. If there's no profit in it, we won't hear about it.

The physician in this video looked like a good man---his heart is in the right place. BUT He only knows what they teach him in Medical School.

  • Green tea helps. Check "green tea diabetes" on youbute.

  • Lol it says worthless and it circles his wenier.. Lol Thumbs if you noticed!

  • I'm so happy for all your successes, amazing. Way to go all!

  • I really wish people would educate themselves on the difference between type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

  • Music is by Nick Drake : )

  • Actually it IS first line to change diet with type 2 diabetes, just most people don't bother. Diabetes is a progressive disease, losing beta cells are like losing brain cells, they don't grow back. You can sort of 'cure' type 2 by taking the load off the beta cells. If you have beta cells enough to cover x amount of sugar, and you don't consume more than your remaining cells can cope with, your sugar won't be out of control. That is, assuming you have enough to process your minimum carb needs.

  • @JohnChivez Type 2 diabetes is no more a "disease" than being drunk is a disease. Both are consequences of behavior and reversible. People with type 2 diabetes overproduce insulin. Their use of insulin is inefficient,so called "insulin resistance" due in part to inadequate thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormone works via the glu4 transmembrane protein to facilitate glucose entry into cells. Without sufficient thyroid hormone, more insulin has to be produced to maintain normal blood sugar levels.

  • @drfittt Insulin resistance is also common in most patients. Thyroid involvement can also be important as you mentioned. It's just hard to fit DM type 2 into a tiny character limit. Taking a group of people and giving them a healthy diet, exercise, no smoking, etc. will cut the rate of type 2 by 80% or more. I just wanted to make a point that there is only a certain amount of recovery of function depending on what stage of cell function one is at. Take good action early!

  • @JohnChivez Insulin resistance is a misnomer. Check out PubMed and see what you can find on the Glut4 transmembrane protein which facilitates glucose uptake and is transcribed by T3. Both thyroid and insulin are required for optimal cellular glucose uptake. If thyroid levels are low, more insulin has to be produced to maintain a euglycemic state. Type 2 diabetes is 100% curable, always. If you look at Gabriel Cousen's work,Type 1 is also reversible. That may be where a reduction of 80% occurs.

  • food is a god. Thou shalt have no other god's before me. You were given what your diet should be in the bible.

  • The raw food diet is a neccessity for most people. But one has to deal with the sugar addiction. Most people with sugar addiction have underlying anxieties and it's not usually about the mind as we think of it. It's more about needing an energy expenditure on something that they love to do. Seems more linked to purpose than anything else...Like a racehorse needing to run. Sugar is usually the drug of choice to remove that feeling. Therein is the bigger problem.

  • yea, but be careful cuz now these corporations are radiating healthy fruits and vegetables.CROOKS! pharmaceutical r in coohoots wit major food industries.....

  • damn you diabeties! we will beat you in a instant! hahahahaha! diets in 30 days!

  • Search for the "Water Cure Debate" here on youtube. We are all dehydrated. Cancer and diabetes have been cured with water, salt and vitamins. My blood pressure has always been on the higher side. Not anymore since I started drinking more water and SALT.

  • It's pretty simple. The severity of diabetes is measured largely on how able the body is to metabolise saccharides.

A small fraction of the average capacity is enough if you don't stuff your face with chips and soda.

These people are just as diabetic as they were 5 days before, but because they've drastically reduced the load on their pancreas, it can now cope.

So it is not cured. It may be that eventually they will recover some of the function lost through overload, or it may not.

  • @ImMichaelTaylor In fact it's not diabetes they were curing at all, that was just a 'symptom', it was a combination of vitamin-mineral malnutrition and simple old fashioned greed.

  • @ImMichaelTaylor ofcourse you would say that DOCTOR but how do you kno its not the proper nutrients that not curing them.other wise, why not they just go on a fast..........you have to understand they r eating foods that are anti inflammatory, anti cancer agents ,and have enzymes and etc that's aid to the alterations inside the body.

  • @toyu17 "ofcourse you would say that DOCTOR"

You think I'm part of a conspiracy?

    "you have to understand"

There's a difference between understanding something and believing it. I understand what you're saying, but prefer not to believe things until there's evidence.

I'm sure every bit helps, but most of the change seen here is just what you'd expect when people are made to cut sugars and starch (which they would have been told the first time).

  • @toyu17 ... That doesn't mean I'm saying there's no such thing as a deficiency, or that having a wide variety of natural bio-active food substances in your diet isn't a good thing.

The enzymes and nutrients are like a bandage, the sugar is like the arrow stuck through your leg. Yes the bandage will help you heal faster, but you should certainly take the arrow out first.

  • I know someone with Diverticulitus and irritable bowel syndrome how do you get around something like that? They are unable to consume nuts and whole grains regularly and can't take in to much fiber...what then?

  • @sofasport That is very exciting to hear! It's the hardest to escape the cycle I too had extreme allergies and chronic health issues and from a family of horrible eating habits... Since my new diet 100% better! It's amazing!! We do spend more money on food than ever before but we don't ever get sick! I don't eat any processed grains, sugar, dairy, eggs, peanuts (all allergens for me) you should look into natural child birth as well since your interested in this type of thing.

  • I Blend One Meal eachday VEGAN

I CURED my Diabetes, cost .50cents day I take MAGNESIUM Citrate & Amino Acid TAURINE, this stopped my CRAVING for SWEETS & SOFT DRINKS, ALCOHOL Purify my Water, and take Liquid Minerals & Vitamins cost one dollar day,

I lost 40 Pounds, Weight is Perfect, cost Six dollars year supply I take 7 drops of Liquid Kelp each day, & cost 20.00 twenty dollars year supply 3 drops of Activated MMS

62 years old and I FEEL BETTER than I did at age 30, Cost 2 dollars day

  • I like how the assumption is that it is that eating vegan cured them, and not eliminating the consumption of sugars and starches. I'd stake my life that a 30-day paleo diet would share similar results, except there would be no drop outs. I basically shut off my chronic inflamed acne after 1 week of the paleo diet, and the higher GOOD saturated fat has me feeling great and eating less.

Grains, beans, legumes, and all vegetable oils will kill you.

    Raw veggies rock, though.

  • @LoboLoco8908 you can't mean olive oil??? All vegetable oils?? you mean soy bean oil ..?

  • I like the "Measurable" image around 30 seconds. lo

  • search eleotin

  • Great video. Harrelson is cool in this video.

  • I am getting up in years and my skin looked wrikled and dry. I had/have diabetes. I am feeling great today using all sorts of vitamins because of chemtrails, stay inside mentality, telling me to be reducing my sun exposure. Thats all changing. I'll out there now. Take vitamin 5000 IUs of D3 a day.

  • For the most part, it's not what you eat. Wake up people! do your own research, get educated & stop wasting your money. Start learning about Dr. Robert Beck and what he was talking to people about over 15 years ago. . . It's this simple !

  • @mrabuckten and who are you the YouTube Polic,..or are you just trying to start somemore shit

You mrabuckten need to SHUT UP

  • @mrabuckten

    All charm, you are.

  • I want to do this!!! How do you get on this show :)?

  • Give ME a chance!! I would LOVE to go there & learn this!!

  • pretty simple you are what you eat, breath, drink, think, etc. Put only good stuff in. peaceeeeeee

  • ... and after all that work, you could go back to eating a modest amount of meat again? Because honestly, if I couldn't eat meat, I'd rather take the insulin, lol. I don't eat it often, but I still LOVE it on occasion. (I'm not diabetic, just curious) :)

  • my mother is a type 2 diabetic she does nothing about her neither does she want to she still consumes alot of surgar and is about to go on dialysis soon she is only 47 years old to me her ignorance kills me

  • This diet likely does work, but DON'T FORGET EXERCISE AND WEIGHT LOSS. You must get exercise. You must lose weight.

  • good stuff, my film is also about diabetes

  • Can you specify if the diabetes is Typ 1 or type 2?

  • @Fuffy1989 In the film, "Raw for 30 Days" One person cures type 1 and the rest cure (excluding those that left the program) type 2

You can download the full movie online via torrent if you want to see the whole thing

  • I'm sure the raw food diet works and will cure diabetes but then after the diabetes is gone what do we do about the protein deficiency that comes with a raw food diet? That always seems to be overlooked and hushed up among vegans. it's almost as if they lie to themselves and wish it away.

  • @JarheadPatriot0311 That's what almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds are for!!! Mind you, they need to be soaked for a certain amount of time. But they provide good amounts of protein, fatty acids and amino acids. Read about it.

  • Hey Guys! I believe that this is a great video. But I would like to know about Type 1 Diabetes. Is there anyone here who have been cured of Type 1 Diabetes? Please inbox me. OR if you can find any information (Video's in particular) on curing Type 1 Diabetes, can you inbox me the link? Thanks...

  • @jjtpfaf Type 1 can NOT be cured because the pancreas can't produce insulin anymore or only produces a small amount. That being said, you CAN lessen the amount of insulin needed significantly, but cure it? Not type 1.

  • OK, I notice some of these patients are on insulin, but how many are actually type 1? I'm type 1 and as far as I have researched, attempted, and PAID FOR, I will FOREVER be insulin dependent!

  • @BarzOnTheWindow1 Don't count on it... I'm sure there will be a cure someday. I'm convinced that there is no such as an incurable disease! Only that we lack the technology and KNOWLEDGE currently to do so. I'll bet in my lifetime I'll see Cancer, AIDS, and many other "incurable" diseases, CURED!!

  • @graceoverall I envy your enthusiasm ...prepare for the worst ...hope for the best...

  • @BarzOnTheWindow1 Indeed... words of wisdom :)

  • DUH lower the carb intake (switch to raw) and ya lower the sugar intake.

  • Capitalism in medicine sux so bad

this should be Communism in medicine and Capitalism to others stuff

  • Vitamin B-12, is extremely necessary to proper brain and nervous system functioning. Vitamin B-12 has been called the “energy vitamin”. It plays an important part in blood formation, as well as having an active role in healthy cell metabolism and energy production. B-12 is needed to make red blood cells. These are the cells that carry oxygen through the body. Google it .. "Pills don't give enough vit B12, eat meat, eggs and drink milk and eat cheese... or if needed, go for vit B12 injections.

  • B12 is VERY important for your nerv system and brain tissue. Look up HOW necessary B12 is at Google , plz..What is commonly cited is that vitamin B12 is not adequately present in plant foods, so animal foods must therefore be eaten for optimal health.

  • ha ha love the ending<3

i shall show it to my diabetic mother

    and my diabetic grandmother

    <3

  • I do think this is all very true, but i also realize i have like (maby) 70 to 80 years to live on this planet and although i do like salades and veggies, i also like meat very much. It's wellknown that people are carnevores, and you need some meat every day cause it has important nutricions in it. It also tasts good wich makes you feel happy, wich is good for your health too. I'm happy! whatever, you ppl go eat raw vegtables and get a nasty stomach ache, i feel fine! 42 and never been sick yet.

  • @huisvrouwtjuh You don't need meat and people are not carnivores, they are omnivores. 42 and you've never been sick? Neither have most people. You're like a guy that falls of the Empire State Building, halfway down he thinks, so far so good! You forgot dumb, you're dumb and happy

  • @Stonewalljackson7 Yup... You know it all, i would not wanna go against your teaching lessons. BTW: you almost sound like a preacher to me. And i have anough preaching in my life. I will now enjoy my last years while eating some meat or fish now and then. Thank you!

  • @huisvrouwtjuh I don't know it all, but I know more than you! You can't tell me anything about B 12. I have pernicious anemia and have to take b12 injections, I almost died from it. Pills give plenty of B12. Personally I don't care if you swallow a cow every day for the rest of your life.

  • @Stonewalljackson7 Sorry to hear that you are sick.

Ofcourse pills won't do, B12 shots are okay. I get them also, so even will i (swallow a whole cow a day) i still need them. Something wrong with my nervous system, and tired. Always tired. Wich i don't want to be! I like the taste of meat, everyone is free to make their own choices now are we?

I did learn though, when ppl dónt eat meat you migh get Vit B 12 difficienty. (sorry if i spell bad).

  • @huisvrouwtjuh Are you sure you don't have pernicious anemia?

  • @Stonewalljackson7 From ten symptomes i have 8.

Still my general practitioner denies there is something REALLY wrong with me, because my bloodtests are always fine. Still i myself noticed slight droppings in some vallues. He just smiles at that. So now i'm going to see another GP for a second opinion. I feel dizzy, see blurry, tired always, even when i get up after a goodnight sleep, diarrhoea since i have my Gastric band. (lost a lot of weight and hair of result to that too)

  • The Vatican-Pope-Jesuits-illuminati-NAZIS-CFR (Jews who are Luciferian) run the world. they have all the judges, attorneys, doctors, major corporations, etc. in their back pocket. bought & paid 4. our country is no longer free -we live in tyranny! truth an obscure thing, Oppression & lie is the norm. Were all slaves- our masters, the elite, r at least 50 years ahead of us in knowledge, technology, info., secrets & r using all of it against us!

  • if you can't have control over your food, if you think you can't do without meat or dairy or artificial sweeteners or monosodium glutamate, aspartame, potatochips... you're an addict. and addict has no freedom. sure you have a right to eat what you want, you may consider that to be your freedom, but if you can't stop, you're hooked. continue buying the garbage you're sold and you'll never get a better more healthier option. buy organic food, demand it, and the market will change. fluoride rly?

  • there's also a cure for cancer and aids, but then again it is more profitable to keep the public unaware of these cheap natural cures and poison them with expensive chemotherapy and legal drugs that kill more than they cure. i guess it makes sense it's the same industry that poisons the food we eat so we get sick and then then they can sell their pills. wake up. becoming a vegetarian was easy, i suspect becoming vegan will be just as easy. it's your LIFE goddamnit.

  • exercise. no more carbs until you lose the weight. eat as much vegetation raw or souped as you can. mild meat proteins. then exercise some more

  • I found that nutrition is the key to reversing the type 2 diabetes condition. I followed The BetesBuster Plan, and it changed my life. Dropped completely out of the type 2 numbers in less than 45 days. I do believe I could have done it faster if using just raw foods, but I like a little lean meat. (protein)

  • cure for diabetes is elotin

  • Oh Raw "vegan" foods. So this is just to make vegans look "smart" then hmm? Fuck this shit. lol

  • @legitimatemind changing your detrimental beliefs to beneficial ones is smart, i won't deny that. however that's not the point of this video. the point of this video is to help people. but it's propably wasted on people who'd rather persist on delusion for the sake of personal validation and the comfort of never submitting themselves to change, and thus never evolving

  • @cidp012 You sound like a computer, someone who wants to use big words to sound smart or correct.

  • @legitimatemind i don't speak english natively, so i might not sound what is perceived as casual. but, unlike a computer tho, i make my own mind about what is smart and what is correct. were i a believer in the effect of big words to change the essence of truth i'd probably be buing into the technical mumbo jumbo of the big food corporations and dying away. i don't care if i'm smart or not, i just want to live and love in peace.

  • People will say that diabetes is not curable and you have to stay on medication for the rest of your life. That is bullshit. There is a Dr. in Kansas that put her diabetic patients on a low carb, high fat (The good type of fat ie fish) and her patients were cured and off of their medication.

  • There is no cure for diabetes 2. This is a way of controlling diabetes, but once you go back to eating normal, eating sugars and carbs, your blood sugar level will rise.

  • @Ilovemanchego well think about it, if you eat too much food you will gain weight right? Use your common sense in the logic, maybe in the case of diabetes in won't come back

  • You can achieve the same results doing a low carb Atkins style diet. Meat is not the enemy here for Diabetics, it is carbs. No matter what kind of "healthy" carb I ate, whether complex carbs, whole grains, etc., they all raised my blood sugar. It was only when I eliminated almost all carbs that my blood sugar finally went down without any medication. Now I eat less than 20 carbs a day, mostly from Asparagus, brocolli, & lettuce. Both low carb & raw diets are a bitch to follow but they beat meds.

  • @Nightbird eat barley and chana dal beans, they won't raise your sugar much at all, better for you than all that meat.

  • @Stonewalljackson7

I had heard of Barley but not Chana Dal..I will look for it and try it..thank you! =)

  • @Nightbird Chana dal is found in ethnic Indian grocers. It is high in protein and very low in glycemic index. I ate a big bowl and my blood glucose was only 115.

  • @Stonewalljackson7 Thanks I will look for the cheapest place to order it online as we don't have an ethnic grocer in my area. My blood sugar is usually around 150 so I will still have to be careful with this. I am working on getting it lower with supplements but it takes some time to do this. I'm taking everything I can find, but they only go so far, so it's always a gamble. Still, as long as I stay under 200 I am doing good for now, though I want it to be lower of course. Thanks again. =)

  • Vegan diet.... Stabilize blood sugar and reverse diabetes. It would be hard but worth it to you if you have diabetes. It's your life. Watch the video and see the results. You can get off the pills and cure your diabetes by eating a vegan diet.

  • A family member of mine cut their dibetes medication by 75% after 2 weeks of a vegan diet at home . They didn't even have any expert advise only the idea that animal fats had damaged their pancrease .

  • Dr. Gabriel Cousin is a modern medical genius in my opinion.

  • Dr. Gabriel Cousin is a modern medical genius in my opinion.

  • A nation-wide search for people eating unhealthy? Just go to the mall.

  • You better don't confuse people and change title that it's all about III type diabetes, not ALL diabetics.

  • This should have been on the nightly news. Why wasn't it?

  • @ThanksgivingWalk Because all the pharma companies that run ads would pull their money and all other sources of backing to the networks...

  • Very Impressive!

    Namaste!

  • 2 months ago they say im diabetic im sensitive to carbs so i dont eat alot of bread now and i keep my suger under 100 but i really miss fruit because i dont eat that ether i have a ceral in the morning a banana or ovicado and some kind of meat 4oz for lunch and about the same for dinner i try to keep the carbs to less than 30 a meal. doc said i can have 60 to 75 a meal, how the heck is that going to work i barly eat just to keep my suger under 100 if i eat that my surger will be 150 plus

  • @crazylikeamoose77 It's all about eating the right foods, fruits should not be cut out, heavy useless cabrs should though, look up Dr Fuhrman on youtube.

  • @crazylikeamoose77 - I'd dump the cereal and have fruit instead- add chia seeds to increase the fiber- but get rid of the cereal- maybe then you can go for the fruit- blueberrys/grapefruit, etc. are a lower sugar fruit- also excercise (if the sugars aren't too high) is a great way to lower the sugars.

  • It is the Processed Sugar, Aspartame, High Fructose Corn Syrup. Yet, eating raw is frowned on. Now, the people ate the good stuff raw and are getting better. I want to see the movie.

  • Why is the name "Diabetics Cured Within 30 Days " which generalizes both type 1 diabetics and type 2 diabetics as the same? It should say " Type 2 Diabetics Cured Within 30 Days ". Type 1 mellitus cannot be cured and these types of videos make people believe that auto immune diabetes can be cured, which it can not! Again this is a video about type 2, its stereotyping people with more severe forms of diabetes....

  • @lauralamet - I've read about type1 diabetics that do an 80% fat/20% protein type diet and nolonger need insulin....pretty interesting.

  • @topheramazz too bad they die from heart attacks and other causes because of that diet

  • @Stonewalljackson7 - Healthy saturated Fats in the diet does not cause heart disease.Refined carbohydrates and Syndrome X do.The research is conclusive on this. it will take awhile for the US to catch on but.... slowly but surely. I mean look at religion in this country. it's hard to change dogmatic minds but with enough time and reasoned centered debate it can happen. The ADA is seriously looking into paleo nutrition and reduced carbohydrate diets as standard practice.
