Well you do have a point there. Bill Cosby said these things which were mostly true and got a really bad reception. Why? I don't know. He is right.... In my Atlanta neighborhood , I return from work many at times to see 6,7, 8 to 12 year old kids playing outside in the dark sometimes as late as 11:30 at night instead of studying or being safe indoors. I always ask myself where are the parents??
