The olive oil is great for fruitiness but unfortunately it burns too easily and becomes pungent. I'd say a neutral oil like canola is much more appropriate. A drizzle of garlic olive oil in the end would also help.

Oh, and I figured out those white things are the garlic cloves. Kinda weird that they still look fresh after splashing around in hot olive oil.

Ramsay could well publish a book titled, How to Bully People. He could even have a 260 page glossary of all the disgusting, aggressive and intimidating comments and one liners he has handed out to other people. I could see him waking in the middle of the night next to his mistress, Sarah Symonds, to write a few more lines that came to him during his nasty sleep. Ramsay is a very nasty man and has made his life from being a professional bully! And sick minds lap it up like slops.

You are ignorant to the disgusting bully behaviour exhibited by Ramsay. Five, four, three, two, one, or no stars, there is no excuse for his potty mouthed bully boy behaviour. He has such a brittle ego that must make his life a total misery. He is arrogant, intimidating and narcissist. Those that get off on his show and the way he treats people are as sick as the arsehole Ramsay himself. Look to better role models than this arsehole of an example of worse practice management behaviour.

Whether Ramsay is all or none of those things you mentioned is pretty much irrelevant. He's a celebrity chef; someone who idolizes this guy to the point at which they change who they are and how they act based on watching him bollock other chefs has big problems that would exist even if Ramsay did not.

oh? i have found gordon ramsay to be an amazing chef, and his cooking shows are informative, and funny. he's nothing but friendly on his cookalong live and is a great host to his guests.

but maybe because i love to cook and watch his shows only to see delicious foods and learn things, and i have never exposed myself to things that are not to my taste. perhaps you could take a lesson from this and stop watching tv mindlessly, unable to peel your eyes away from things you don't like.

If RAMSAY was a commander leading his soldiers into action, I know who would be the first to die... the potty mouthed RAMSAY himself... shot by his own men...
