@LukeMomba: Hmm..try to consult to an elder or the first thing you should do in this situation is to do CONFESSION and have a MEDITATION or the time to be alone and reflect on things. Reading on spiritual journals also helped a lot ^_^ I've been in that situation and these are the things that I patiently and heartily practiced. Now, I noticed that I slowly evade those mistakes I committed again & again >_< Hope this helps ^_^
