i cant afford to pay for these programmes that is why i am looking on youtube is there any other weight loss/sleep hypnosis that u can recomend for free thanx, great vids really enjoyed listening to them :)

You can also download my eBook - Begin To Be Thin (PDF) for FREE by visiting my website (see link below the video). The eBook is the Begin To Be Thin Weight Loss Program in written form. Of course the audio version includes the Hypnosis Sessions and Train Your Brain exercises in mp3 format too.
Listened and I fell asleep but I know its gone into my subcon which is great because we want these ideas to become habit. Thank you- i plan to listen daily.
