From my experience indoor buds have been better. And when it comes down to it, it depends on the seeds you get. I grew a plant put the yield was like a dime. But that was a test run to see if we were good at it. And we are :D

I like indoor better outdoor always seems like homegrown to me...grow 8 plants organic nutes soil 3 gallon bags1k hortilux...around 2 oz per plant with indica doms..put my mother under the light by itself once and got 5oz =)

if u grow indoor, your gonna wanna grow atleast 4 plants with atleast an ounce on each plant, other wise u just wasted ur time, u spend roughly 150 dollars a month on growing indoor, outdoor u spend like 50 bucks tops on soil pots etc, sometimes u dont need to spend shit all/

But, that to get the most grams/watt, you would probably be running a SOG which would yield around 1 Oz per plant. Even though you generally get like 2-4 plants per square foot. You could get initial soil setup for 300$ with 250w hps + MH seperate for veg and bloom, and I'm talking about a Homebox S with decent reliable equip and 380m3 can filter and 380m3 vent with a monthly cost of aprox 30$ (depents on your local electric prices) and can grow 4 to 6 plants with an average yield of 30-50 g/pp...

To be honest, I don't think you can classify either as the best of the two. It really just depends on how good of care you give to your plants. I've had bomb ass outdoor and the same for indoor. One of the upsides to Outdoors is you can grow monster trees that yield 2-3lbs+ per plant

Personally though, I prefer indoor(no mold!). The variables are so much easier to control indoors(humidity, co2, amount of light, insects/rodents etc..)

yeah, one thing with indoors is you don't have all the wind and rain that can destroy your trichomes on the outside. so when you harvest you have all your trichs on the plant so it looks really good and eye catching. but i love outdoor. if you wanna smoke weed like it grows on every tree on the planet, grow outdoor haha. you'll have so much weed you wont know what to do with it.
