  • I agree, it looks like it is a tough time pulling the retraction cords out. They are not intact cause the tip of the diamond burr has made a small cut in one of them. It is easy to pull them out though. No extra force is needed.

    Regarding the removal of the excess at the cervical margin I make a complete stop with the dimaond burr a lot times to feel if there is any excess leftover at the cervical margin with the tip of the burr. Hope this was helpfull to you.

    are you sure you removed all overhanging excess at the cervical margin?
