  • Well, that is pretty awesome.

  • I gotta build one of these...I wanna carve a duck LOL!!! Suppose one of these could copy a duck or two??

  • @LFWOL ... Am I correct that when you say "shelf ball-bearings", you're referring to the rail assembly commonly used in sliding drawers in a kitchen ? If not, please help me understand what "shelf ball-bearings" are. Thank you in advance for your help !!

  • I purchased the plans for the Copy Carver but have no idea where to find the parts necessary to make it. Yes, wooden parts are readily available but not the wheels & bearings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • @LarsMith217 Alot of people, myself included use skate board wheels, you can buy them in pairs without the trucks (axles) and the bearings are already inside the wheels, shopping trolly wheels also work well. Hope that helps a bit...

  • @hestiapaxton TY for your comment re: Skate Board Wheels. Had tho't of that. I remember reading that the larger "pulley" type wheels were considered over the sized wheels of the original design. I can't remember the complete context of that comment. Would love to see photos and/or video of your copier @ work, if you are OK with doing that for me.
