I am Mexican and we typically eat jicama in fruit salads with a little lime and salt. For example you could cube some mango and orange slices with it and it is delicious with all the textures. You can use cucumbers in a fruit salad as well instead of jicama. Try it this way if you'd like. You make great videos!

Jicama is one of my favorites! It is SO good! I love it raw and in strips/sticks. It's like a cross of carrots and sweet peas.
