  • This HIndus cant give justice to their own people back in their country but ask for benefits in muslim and Christian countries...

  • Greenpeace???

So much for any objectivity, they may as well have had Michael Moore do it.

What a horrible thing to have happened to those poor people.

And the Pricks at Union Carbide just left their mess there and left.

Why doesn't India sue the shit out of them?

  • @Conan568

After Union Carbide's little 'mishap', the Indian government was given 450 million dollars by Union Carbide to distribute among those affected in the Bhopal accident. But of all the money that was to be designated to the people, only a small fraction of that amount actually went to the people and the rest was kept by the government. Indian officials can't sue them because the agreement to compensate the people came through lawsuits anyway and now they have no cause to complain to UC.

  • the US government and it's contributors want to take on the world, but the people will fight back eventually, just you watch.

    anarchy.

  • You are a godamn moron, if there was anarchy, yo wouldn't have power or internet to post on this web page.

    PS. Die in a fire.

  • anarchy =/= chaos. It means no government class, not no government.

  • A shame for the world, where are the politicians and what doing the politicians for the world, some times justice is a very nice therm. Excellent video. 5*

  • Valid point but do you think they're happier with jobs that kill, blind, poison, and disfigure their children?

  • It's strange to think that humans can have so little compassion for each other. I don't care that they are in India, I don't care that the western world ignores them, I don't care that corporations like Union Carbite can pay a small fine to the Indian government who chooses to let these people die, I don't care about any of the that shit. Those are people. I can't help them, and the people who can won't. The human condition spreads, lovely.

  • prick

  • India's big. In terms of population, it's bigger than the USA, indeed bigger than any nation except for China. You may be from India, but are you from Bhopal or the vicinity thereof?

Oh, and technically, in at least one respect, India IS Western. English and most other European languages (I think Basque is the only exception) are descended from the ancient INDO-European tongue.

  • As for jobs, I'm not saying that the corporations shouldn't be there at all. I'm saying that they should not sacrifice safety, for the workers let alone for the surrounding community, in the name of shaving a few percent off of their costs.

Wal-Mart insists that their suppliers lower costs as much as possible, so they can have their cute yellow smiley face lower the retail prices in the stores. To comply with this, suppliers often put safety on a lower priority.

  • You are a sickening despicable arse licking lump of

    shit.

  • go to entensity dot net

  • And Americans wonder why people around the world hate us. News Flash: when you use, abuse and screw people (for decades) in the interests of cheap labor, cheap goods and corporate profits, those people will (in spite of their good nature) learn to hate you. WAKE UP, America, and stop voting for the politicians who want to let corporations run our country. Of, by and FOR the people is no longer operative. Time for CHANGE.

  • To find out where God is - [in you]. and where heaven is - [in you] - and how ALL PEOPLE will be saved - [by God in you]; search "billlancaster" on the youtube search engine...

  • This is ridiculous. Why doesn't anyone help them?

  • 15,000 people died outright in this disaster, right away. To put that in perspective: it's roughly equal to FIVE 9/11s, or TEN Titanics. And that's just the ones who died outright, right away.

This wasn't a natural disaster, like an earthquake or tsunami. This wasn't terrorism, in the usual sense. It was an avoidable accident caused by we, the Western world, wanting cheap goods at our Wal-Marts and such.

Their blood is on our hands. And we CONTINUE to deny them justice.
