  • Both Diana and Tina are icons don't hate on either one. They are both great versions.

  • this is better than the original!!

  • Horrible version!

  • @SuperMrDanyal

    I agree

  • @MsPeppermintify Thank you.

  • Gives me shivers, I LOVE IT!

  • <3

  • i agree with mike, diana ross version is absolutely mesmerising n i think its a tko over this

  • this version is ok, but it definitely isn't better than Diana Ross's version or the original movie version. Both of theirs had a child like simplicity that made it feel and sound like a story book being told to a child, and yet garnering sincere emotion from adults as well. Tina is a legend & icon & this version is classic Tina, but it just doesn't fit this song for me. I can hear Diana's version and the original movie version over and over again.

  • Goosebumps :)

  • I've listened to this song as sang in various languages and by various people, and I can saftly say that it amazes me how it can be turned in so many different directions and yet still come out so beautiful and so powerful.

  • YES this version is better than the original!

  • hmm... I think that one person is blind... he couldn't find the "nice" button :)

  • The guitar and drums in the background killed the whole spirituality of the song.. It would've been amazing without it. Just saying.

  • I think she does a good job but i like the original version better but at the same time lion king was my favorite movie when i was a kid so maybe the first version is just more natural to me

  • @milks2011 Anyway it's kind of better than the Diana Ross-verison.. but hey, Lebo M, Lion King 2 - best!

    (:

  • this sucks she never should have touched it she should have left it alone

  • this is on the VHS

    I got it since I'm 6 :)

  • this is worse than the orgibal

  • really strong and riveting cover..............Tina, true passionate performer!

  • vocals r better i agree but when the african music is sang and pronounced it just takes the origanality of the song as when lebo m sings it

  • Lots more energy then the original. Very good!!

  • The original is the best! This version is not good at all!

  • @crr88 This version has more powerful vocals and much more emotion in it lol...

  • @Chaosxx01 - Agreed! :)

  • Lebo M in all honor, but Tina gets more power to this song.

  • I love this song <3

  • Way more powerful, way more emotional and as a result far better than the original. Suits the lyrics of the song better. I love the Musical's version in London mind....

  • I love this!

  • i like the beginning a the middle the most

  • Much better! Love it!

  • i didnt know she sung omg another song to add to the list

  • I don't know what your talking about?!

    This version rocks!

    ....x

  • אני מתה על הגירסא הזאת!!!היא כל כך יותר טובה מזו שמופיעה באמת בסרט!!!חוץ מזה יש לזה קשר ישיר מאיזשהי סיבה

  • i liked the original version better, i didnt rlly like tina turner's version, shes sounds off rhythm

  • you know I love you.. M.

  • Tina Turner singt das am besten...ganz klar...

  • it's so much better ... !

  • @PuettyDeluxe totally agree!!

  • do you no what she did it better than the origional

  • Yeah, this version's a lot more powerful. The other one was a disappointment to me when Lion King 2 first came out....if they had done it like this, I would've had no complaints.

  • @wolfmoon123456789.......... hardly! No one does it better than lady Di

  • Tina Turne has such a powerful voice.I like it.

    The song is also great.
