Someone help me quickly:

I have sold my first item and do not know how to get pay pal to stop saying this

The buyer's name and shipping address could not be pre-filled because your eBay username has not been added to your PayPal profile.

To add your eBay username to your PayPal profile, go to your PayPal Account Profile and click on the Auctions link in the Selling Preferences column.

Although I already linked my ebay account.

@jojojob75 The flat rate envelope is the same cost for all items that fit in the envelope. You can write the name & address on the envelope if you pay at the post office.

Yes, this is what we do. We print the shipping labels from our office (through a program called Endicia...you can also use the USPS website) and attach them to the package. We then go and drop it off at our local post office. We do this for all of our websites and Ebay. I'm not sure if this is how every site does it, but this is how we do it and find it most efficient.

Im looking into selling old pokemon cards on ebay. Why do I always get like 6 dollars on the shipping calculator? Cant I just get a postcard and mail it to the person directly? The calculator makes it seem like its gonna cost money just to ship a single card. I want to make sure that if I choose free shipping I can just put the card in a postcard and send it out. Thanks.

I bought an item on eBay about a week ago, and it sent me an email that said my item has shipped and on eBay it says the item has been shipped but the seller did not put up any tracking info. You don't need a printer. That's just in easier way to have the address labels filled out. You can print the buyers info on the package or on your own label.
