  • Great review. I've been using promasil for a few months. I used to use it in the morning and night (one scoop) and after I worked out (2 scoops). Now what I do though is that I only use the promasil before I go to bed and after I wake up, while using GNC's Whey Iso Burst (all natural version). What is your opinion on that? Should I continue to do what I'm doing or maybe should I change it back? Or perhaps do something totally new? Again, great review! Hope to hear back from you!

  • You know your shit, dude.. What's this "anabolic protein" that's been talked about on Promasil?

  • i bought white chocolate n i like it

  • Thanks for the review it really helped, I just picked up a 2lb bottle yesterday.

  • @jimgonehacy Good to hear dude! Glad I was of help

  • Would it make sense to stack this product with Post-Rx?

  • @swimstrong93 I do. I think it depends on the level of training you're doing. I find that because of the intensity of my training POSTRx is great in addition to my PROMASIL. If you're really sore the next day (i.e. leg day) consider POSTRX hope this helps!

  • i picked up some of this stuff at gnc, i started with the chocolate. it was one of the better tasting protein i ever had. also, i didn't know taste was such a big deal to people. it's usually a pretty big highlight in reviews, however i do realize it is a beverage lol. maybe i am fortunate enough to not be bothered by it or have an upset stomach over it. i'm just looking at the future, baby! the person who suggested it at gnc touched on it's low calorie and zero carb. 90 cal a scoop!

  • @Madatchew Definitely not. RIVALUS makes safe and effective supplements, guaranteed to be banned substance free. Steroids classify as a "band substance". Uneducated people often associate the word "anabolic" with steroids and only steroids. Anabolic refers to muscle growth. Promasil offers anabolic properties for muscle repair (i.e. protein, beta-alainine, zinc, etc).

  • my nuts are killin me after taking promasil for a month..how you explain that??

  • @nikoleo9 I would think that there is a third variable causing this pain. As far as I know, there is nothing in promasil that would cause this. Are you taking Tribulus or any form of test booster? This is often a side-effect of such products.

  • @nikoleo9 u dint strech ur groin area well

  • @ctunaxii i'll stretch your dick until it tears off.

  • @nikoleo9 lolololol

  • I have been suffering with white chocolate for days now , your right it does taste like feet , cant wait to go back to chocolate

  • first of all: ALEXISONFIRE :D

secondly: i completely agree with you on the funkyness of the chocolate flavor. its very weird at first, but you get used to it. my ONLY complaint about the product is that its harder to digest than most other proteins ive tried

  • @soccerlover9999 Harder to digest as in it takes longer? If so, that is the point! If not, enlighten me! lol

    AOF = the Bees-Knees

  • im stacking it with gnc multivitamins, i wanna stack it with Mpower or Complx5 for pre-workout, should i do so?

  • @jimsnoskate12 Sorry for taking so long to get back to you... I don't like telling people what they "should" do. If you're looking for that added boost, then yes, those would be the products for you. Vitamin should be the foundation of your supplement regime. Hope that helps!

  • @jimsnoskate12 hey im currently taking complx5 at the moment, i would defiantly recommend it ! my buddy has been so against pre workouts, and could only hit the gym for 45 minutes or so at a time. i mixed him up a bottle of my C5 one night and he went steady for about 2 and a half hours haha / it puts you in the zone and im getting mad lifts at the moment

  • I just bought some today, quick question it says to only take 250 ml of water is that enough? it doesnt seem like alot, thanks

  • @shawnEcannon Hey dude, As far as I know companies put a suggested amount of water. The less you put, the thicker it'll be. The more water the thinner. It's really all about taste/preference. Also, I think the recommended amount is per scoop.

  • @EdwardYasney if you use less water would it be less effective as if you use more water?

  • @shawnEcannon To be honest, I'm not 100%. Post the question on the RIVALUS Facebook page and I'm sure they'll get back to you in no time!

  • @EdwardYasney ok thanks man :)

  • I actually used to use their ISO sensations natural flavour which contains no sugar at all, but opted for the iso mass cause of the calories and all the extras that came along with it.

  • Well i never used to use supplements before, never needed them until i developed crohns.

The kidney stone thing is only if the body doesnt use the protien that is put into it, if i remember correctly isnt it?

And again i used it because i have crohns powder is much easier absorbed into my body as apposed to my body trying to break down regular food and extract stuff

The sucralose thing i really hate too, i really wish they would use stevia, but i dont know if they ever plan on switching over

  • hey dude, how do you think it stacks up with Ultimate nutrition, ISO Mass.

  • Personally, I don't like mass gainers. They have too much protein in their full dosage that can hurt your kidneys/liver. Having said that, ISO Mass does have some great features like BCAAs, creatine, Omegas and some vitamins. Still, to be safe you should cut the serving size in half. Personally, I'd rather get my calories from food and not sugar-filled products. Also, ISO Mass uses Sucralose which I hate. I'm a big fan of all-natural supps... want calories?mix Promasil with Whole Milk& eat lots
