I find it weird that you are not aloud a whip at grandprix because in Australia here ive seen many grandprix riders take a a whip into the grandprix test

I know that, at international shows, it is against the rules to ride the test with a whip, but at national shows, the competitions come under that country's governing body for the sport, and rules can differ slightly between countries.
