Yes, whitaker landed more accurate punches but Paez landed good shots too, and was never really hurt, he had a deep cut due to a head-butt, whitaker hugged after throwing a punch, that´s cowardice, he ran half the fight, and Paez was supposed to be a class B fighter, he was more of an entertainer. MMA is for men so I can see why you wouldn't like that. If you actually knew what was going on you would not be talking like that. Some of these men are awesome athletes from sports like wrestling, karate,jiu jitsu, judo, kick boxing, etc so after they reach the top they have knower to go and MMA provides that for them. I also like boxing by the way. I actually thought you gave a good comment regarding that, but MMA doesn't seem to be your cup of tea.

Jorge Paez was one of the top fighters from that era and Whitaker made a complete fool out of the guy. This was a great fight to watch and it was considered a big fight during that time frame.

Damn, in the 12th round, Paez really kicked Whitaker's ass. Whitaker had to grab and hold. Look at the part when Paez is kicking his ass, Whitaker grabs, turns his back and leans against the ropes. The referee had to make Paez back off. Then Whitaker clinches 47 times in what was left of the 12th round.
