  • @Zoza15 lol no im not offended im saying your an idiot because its not a "woman" workout. you gotta do every workout in order to effectivly train your body. just because something is harder than another doesnt make it better. you have so many stabilizer muscles and core muscles that you need to do multiple workouts not just one to train your whole core. this is only "one" workout you can do. no one even cares if you say on here that its for girls that just makes every one else think ur fat

  • @goulmn You dont have to tell me how to train abs, Ofcourse i stabilize my workouts, i know more than 10 Ab workouts that gives pressure after 10 times of repeatings, so these workouts do not affect me unless i repeat it 90 times to feel the actual burn

    I know how to detailize, my abs so what are you trying to tell me son, my goal for training abs is needed for something very different... Your wasting my time, because i dont have to listen to idiots like you.

  • when doing any type of crunches u must keep your neck almost motionless otherwise you are putting strain on it and can hurt it. Work on form more than how much you can do.

  • we did a simular side crunch in the service to, i think i did it wrong cuz i never did get a burn from it. Now I'll have to try it since i am so far outta shape it cant hurt.

  • This is a completely pointless exercise, it puts no strain on the area you are trying to work. If you want a good ab workout simply buy a cheap sit-up bench and get sweating.

Each day I do around 150 Situps, 50 crunches and 150 Pushups followed by 25 Pull ups at 15 chin ups with other workouts so im pretty conditioned and cut for an avrage infantryman. I just suggested that you might have had a shitty sound card as sometimes it is the case or you are more likly missing codecs. Try getting Divx codec pack.
