Step 1: Get around 1.7m (or 170k) (or even 17k) and then spend your money on vials. (empty) Now go to the varrock east bank. store your vials, withdraw 28 and use them on the fountain just north-west (im P2P btw) Sell your vials back 17k for 54k 170k for 540k 1.7m for 5.4m!!!!!!!!!!! USE IT NOW!!!!!!

yes but again, this is a quick, and fast way for newbies to make money! a lvl 15 new player who needs some cash can do this, but most likely can not kill green dragons.
