Not really all that cheap. I pretty much buy from the normal places... Best Buy, Amazon, Fry's, some from The Right Stuf. In my past, I've bought from DeepDiscountDVD, DiscountAnimeDVD, and Hastings. But, the vast majority of my purchases have been the standard $20 or higher.

i usually only buy the box set beacuse it is so much easier to get them and it is not that much work.

They had a Risky Safety 3 out & it was called Omishi Magical Theater: Risky Safety.
It is out of print also ;_;

I love Gunsmith Cats. I only have it on VHS though.
The other one that stands out in this one for me would be Metropolis. No surprise there.
