There is No LAw, Federal or State Law for product liability for a remedy for an individual injured or killed by a defective prescription drug. ref. Gomez v. Merck. In 1999 Merck KGaA, Inc. a part of Merck & Co. Inc. had to pay 50 million dollars out in a class action suit for a Vitamin Antiturst Litigation case 99-197 and MDL 1285. So many hurt, so many killed, too many to imagine!!!! My own mother taken too soon, won't see her grandchildren she loved so much grow up!!!!
