Your question (and the guitar) intrigued me, so I did a little research. The guitar is a gorgeous D'Angelico New Yorker (model NYSD-9, I think) - a helluva guitar that is featured at the D'Angelico website. Susan can be seen with it in a still shot at her official website on the media page.
I read that this guitar was a gift from her husband Derek Trucks.
