  • Hey Daniel,

Did you at any point have the pickup cover on your 4003? I'm considering removing mine and was wondering your thoughts...do you prefer playing with the cover on or without?

  • I know. If I saw him with it out on the street, I'd have to kill him and take it. I know I'd have to kill him because he'd defend with his life.

  • Daniel, I've said it once and I'll say it again, you are a treasure for Smiths fans around the globe. The whole pakage is great..no lyrics and no face....just the songs and most importantly YOUR FANTASIC TALENT!!!!. Thanks for all you've posted.

  • Daniel, what is the tuning for this on acoustic?

  • Man you are full of talent. Great.

  • a real one man band...not one of those spivs with a drum strapped to his back and cymbals on his feet.

  • Bloody excellent cover, really enjoying your vids, keep up the good work.

  • I think the navy blue Rickenbacker is the most beautiful guitar i have ever seen :)

  • Didn't realise how good the bass line was! Class...keep 'em coming..dare ya to do Asleep!!

  • man, you are so awesome I want to take you behind the school and get you pregnant with Marr's vicar headed baby!

  • Wow, I didn't know Johnny Marr had a youtube channel

  • Awesome!

  • on the acoustic guitar part, are you only playing the top four strings? or are you muting the high d with your index finger and only playing the three above it?

  • a state of art from smiths performed by a brilliant artist!

You are unique! Thank you for this video

  • WOW!! You are amazing. I am a drummer and have the V Drums and was wondering which kit setting you used. Sounds like the original! Thanks!

  • Thanks. It's not the built-in sounds, it's triggering BFD2's Ludwig Vistalite kit via MIDI.

  • Excellent work. Thanks!

  • Can You Please Give A Tour Of Your Studio Please

  • oops.. was expecting pantera but this is very nicely done!!

  • It's amazing how someone can come to this expecting Pantera and still end up liking it! (Can you get 2 more different bands?) xD

  • yeah Peneleope Tree would be amazing.

  • i request draize train or this night has opened my eyes. do it.

  • I was hoping you'd do this one at some point Daniel!....Great job

  • Fantastic. A classic song.

  • Great job. I swear I could hear Moz's vocals.

  • Very nice!

  • Wonderful.

  • Ah so, good 'I'd like to cry'

  • So damn good!!!

  • super

  • Pure excellence.

  • Bravo

  • They brought in Johny Marr as a proffessor at the University of Salford the year after I left, gutted

  • channeling the spirit of marr. that can be the only explanation how that button turned down by itself.

  • Amazing as all your Smith covers. Would you ever consider singing in one?

Pretty soon you're gonna run out of Smith songs, you're gonna have to start covering Moz solo stuff.

  • But you see its got nothing to do with Moz. Just the genius of Marr.

  • I already cover lots of other things. But not a huge fan of Morrissey solo music, apart from Vinni Reily's work on Viva Hate, which sounded great as always.

  • fantastic to hear "the gates " get this kind of treatment love to hear a version of "sketch for summer" by Vini once again well done

  • @danielearwicker .....great point Daniel most of Morrissey's classics are off his first two albums...I'm a great admirerer of Vinni's work! He should have kept hold of Vinni although he is a bit of a Maverick.

I don't rate Morrisey's backing band at all.....it all went tits up when he got Lillywhite to produce his albums!

  • so awesome

  • Awesome job. I like that blue Rick. What is it, Jetglo or something? I never know the colors names, lol.

  • 'Midnight Blue' - looks like the finish on a car, close up. Believe it or not, 'Jetglo' just means black.

  • this is excellent

  • Fantastic

  • Very good man. You did it.

  • wonderous
