@progamer1269 I'm not trolling and I don't post videos. Provided the circumstances of how the kid is shooting, common sense would imply he is performing a free kick. Why else would he explain about the ball going up then dipping under the cross bar, and that when he shot low he didn't hit it properly. if this was a legitimate shooting drill, you would not shoot a stationary ball, it's unrealistic.

Oh btw, when you shoot free kicks the ball has to be stationary if you didn't know..
