Candidates are going to support the same institution and system, no matter their campaign promises or left/right propaganda. It's just a trick, an illusion to make us think we have a choice and that we're on the "good" team, and the other team is the "bad" team, when in reality they're the same team. John H. would probably still be the science czar no matter who became president.
