Daer Daiboxer, these methods seem very different but I use them as complementary. Men Baozhen method has an expanse structure, Zhu Baozhen method (simililar to Wang Shangzhi and Liu Jingru methods) is more compact and fast. From my recent work with He JB I saw that also He JB method has piercing palms not so different from Zhu piercing palms. So maybe evolution is different but really the origin is the same.
