  • Can you do wide grip,if so do you come all the way up till your collar bone touches the bar. It seems harder to me plus it feels like you get more out of it.

  • Your in pretty good shape just some itvice.When I weighed 175 I could do ten wide gript ones.What seemed to get my wings sore and give me a real good work out is to do them alittel slow and come down and hang for a second befor going up.Also cutting down on the time bettween sets. PEACE

  • 20 CHIN UPS WITHOUT EVEN SLOWING UP AND THEY WERE ALL HONEST ONES. I THINK MAYBE 1 GUY IN 1000 CAN DO THAT.
