it also looks like what they might be doing is capping people out at 3GB or less which is the maximum for the $30/month plan. It's a sneaky way to kill off accounts with the unlimited data plan ( $30 ) and force people to either pay more or get the 3GB and then possibly pay overages as they happen.

I put a compliant into the BBB as you all should when we are throttled the device still displays a 3G connection even during throttling! This is illegal to have the device display 3G at throttling speeds when they are "EDGE" speeds! If there going to throttle us they need stop advertising blazing fast speeds and send the proper signal! Along with mms and picture messaging using Data why do we pay for Bolth?

I would report AT&T to the better business bureau. It seems as if they are altering the contract between the customers without their permission. Specially when it is an unlimited data plan and they decide to slow the users data down with no permission from the customer.
