No. Although the alliances of NATO and BRICS (really, Russia and China) have been formed that will make it happen quickly (sort of like WW1).
The spark will be lit by one of those "crazies" in the Middle East; or that nut-job in North Korea. Pakistan is a wild-card that could go either way (depending upon who wins the on-going non-declared civil war)

This is the real reason why they are bombing Libya is because Gaddafi was one of the best leaders in the world, standing up for not only Libyan rights, but African rights, and right for people all around the world.
