@darktrain1971 It changed to a zone drop. anything in stranglethorn vale can drop it. It used to only drop off of bloodsails. A friend of mine got it off of a random panther and I got mine after farming about 2700 bloodsails.

i got one by accident (stanglethorn tiger) and dident know how much it was worth till i checked auction i wooted for so long as i was only lvl 30 and i sold it for 8k gold (yup im one rich nub)
