sweet move. I have to ask if this move has ever hurt your neck though b/c that seems to happen to me frequently! Also, I like your earrings a lot!

@brokenexchange nope it's never hurt my neck but im moving my whole torso around rather than just using my neck, not saying that this is what you're doing but try to think of your whole body leading your neck and the hoop rather then focusing on what your head is doing.

Babz...if you do an anti-spin/iso video, please consider reversing your directions or facing away from the camera in a mirror? For some reason I get completely confused with iso tutorial videos that don't do that. BTW I love this move!
