I actually watched this movie.
They call it "green" because they "recycled" other (public domain?) videos, then put alternative dialogue. I would not recommend wasting money on this, but my friend had it on Netflix streaming so it was effectively free. If you want a good laugh while confused out of your mind, and you don't mind wasting an hour of your life, and you can watch this without having to buy it... then there's that.
But yes. It does exist. A "green" movie about a sex galaxy.

This fake trailer was made with scenes taken from a couple of 50s soviet SF movies that were bought in the 60s by Roger Corman, dubbed to english (with the addition of some american footage) and re-released to western market.
