The truth is the Brahmins must be especially happy to find a worthy job in a temple, befitting his knowledge of Vedas, Agamas, etc. All jobs not of a spiritual nature must be made available to all, depending on what they can do for society's interests through those jobs, and selection msut not be on basis of written exams.but inclination and ability.

Even assuming for the sake of argument, that the Brahmins are intellectually superior to the rest (of Hindus), intellect is not going to be of much value in unselfish and socially oriented work. Twisted history.! Sankaracharya merely said that nature has its classification in many things: seven rainbow colours, for example. Even though I am not an Indian, I do live in India for long spells regularly. This talk of Brahmins dominating non Brahmins needs to be totally revised by people like you. The talk was a deliberately mischievous invention by hidden missionaries who posed as traders when the British came to India. Anyway, oppression has occurred in every segment of society. How can we look back centuries ago to give justice now. We are creating a new set of problems that people centuries later will use to justify their actions. Why can't we have all brilliant students without heed to caste or creed get equal opportunities.
